Abstract

A data processing system for artificial intelligence-based setting of controls in an evaluation interface comprising a data store storing: a plurality of transactions; a plurality of completed evaluations, each completed evaluation including an indication of a transcript portion associated with an evaluation answer. The system determines a word or phrase common to a first set of transcript portions associated with the evaluation answer; creates a first set of auto answer parameters that includes the word or phrase; auto answers the question for a set of test transactions to generate an auto answer for each test transaction; and based on a determination that the first set of auto answer parameters auto answered the question with a threshold level of accuracy, configures an evaluation system to use the first set of auto answer parameters to preset an answer control in an evaluation operator interface.

Claims (36)

1. A data processing system for artificial intelligence-based setting of controls in an evaluation interface, comprising:

a processor;

a data store comprising:

a plurality of transactions, each of the plurality of transactions comprising a voice session recording of an inbound call recorded by a call center recording system and a transcript of the voice session, and

a plurality of completed evaluations, each completed evaluation of the plurality of completed evaluations being an evaluation of a corresponding transaction from the plurality of transactions and including an evaluation answer to a question and an indication of a transcript portion associated with the evaluation answer, the indication of the transcript portion representing a portion from within the transcript of the corresponding transaction indicated by an evaluator as being associated with the evaluation answer; and

a non-transitory computer-readable medium storing computer-readable instructions executable by the processor, the computer-readable instructions comprising instructions for:

determining a word or phrase common to a first set of transcript portions associated with the evaluation answer, the first set of transcript portions determined from the plurality of completed evaluations,

based on determining the word or phrase, creating a first set of auto answer parameters that includes the word or phrase,

auto answering the question for a set of test transactions from the plurality of transactions using the first set of auto answer parameters to generate an auto answer for each test transaction of the set of test transactions, and

based on a determination that the first set of auto answer parameters auto answered the question with a threshold level of accuracy, configuring an evaluation system to use the first set of auto answer parameters to preset an answer control in an evaluation operator interface.

2. The data processing system of claim 1 , wherein the indication of the transcript portion representing the portion from within the transcript of the corresponding transaction indicated by the evaluator as being associated with the evaluation answer comprises the indication of the transcript portion representing the portion from within the transcript of the corresponding transaction indicated by the evaluator as being associated with the evaluation answer as the evaluator was answering the question.

3. The data processing system of claim 1 , wherein the first set of auto answer parameters comprise a lexicon and a set of parameters that control how an associated question is answered using the lexicon.

4. The data processing system of claim 3 , wherein the first set of auto answer parameters are defined in a first auto-answer template.

5. The data processing system of claim 3 , wherein the first set of auto answer parameters are defined in a first autoscore template.

6. The data processing system of claim 1 , further comprising instructions for accessing an artificial intelligence (AI) engine that determines the first set of auto answer parameters.

7. The data processing system of claim 1 , further comprising instructions for accessing an AI engine that retunes the first set of auto answer parameters.

8. The data processing system of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the plurality of transactions comprises a recording of a data session associated with the inbound call.

9. The data processing system of claim 8 , wherein the recording of the data session comprises a series of screenshots captured from an agent computer during the voice session associated with the inbound call.

10. The data processing system of claim 1 , wherein the voice session recording is recorded as separate recordings of an agent and a caller.

11. A computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer-readable medium storing computer-readable instructions, the computer-readable instructions comprising instructions for:

accessing a data store storing:

a plurality of transactions, each of the plurality of transactions comprising a voice session recording of an inbound call recorded by a call center recording system and a transcript of the voice session, and

a plurality of completed evaluations, each completed evaluation of the plurality of completed evaluations being an evaluation of a corresponding transaction from the plurality of transactions and including an evaluation answer to a question and an indication of a transcript portion associated with the evaluation answer, the indication of the transcript portion representing a portion from within the transcript of the corresponding transaction indicated by an evaluator as being associated with the evaluation answer;

determining a word or phrase common to a first set of transcript portions associated with the evaluation answer, the first set of transcript portions determined from the plurality of completed evaluations;

based on determining the word or phrase, creating a first set of auto answer parameters that includes the word or phrase;

auto answering the question for a set of test transactions from the plurality of transactions using the first set of auto answer parameters to generate an auto answer for each test transaction of the set of test transactions; and

based on a determination that the first set of auto answer parameters auto answered the question with a threshold level of accuracy, configuring an evaluation system to use the first set of auto answer parameters to preset an answer control in an evaluation operator interface.

12. The computer program product of claim 11 , wherein the indication of the transcript portion representing the portion from within the transcript of the corresponding transaction indicated by the evaluator as being associated with the evaluation answer comprises the indication of the transcript portion representing the portion from within the transcript of the corresponding transaction indicated by the evaluator as being associated with the evaluation answer as the evaluator was answering the question.

13. The computer program product of claim 11 , wherein the first set of auto answer parameters comprise a lexicon and a set of parameters that control how an associated question is answered using the lexicon.

14. The computer program product of claim 13 , wherein the first set of auto answer parameters are defined in a first auto-answer template.

15. The computer program product of claim 13 , wherein the first set of auto answer parameters are defined in a first autoscore template.

16. The computer program product of claim 11 , further comprising instructions for accessing an artificial intelligence (AI) engine that determines the first set of auto answer parameters.

17. The computer program product of claim 11 , further comprising instructions for accessing an AI engine that retunes the first set of auto answer parameters.

18. The computer program product of claim 11 , wherein at least one of the plurality of transactions comprises a recording of a data session associated with the inbound call.

19. The computer program product of claim 18 , wherein the recording of the data session comprises a series of screenshots captured from an agent computer during the voice session associated with the inbound call.

20. The computer program product of claim 11 , wherein the voice session recording is recorded as separate recordings of an agent and a caller.
