Abstract

A method, computer program product, and computing system for: defining a plurality of behavior patterns based upon accessible media; comparing a specific behavior pattern of a specific individual to the plurality of behavior patterns, wherein the specific behavior pattern is based upon accessible media associated with the specific individual; and initiating a notification process if the specific behavior pattern is similar to at least one of the plurality of behavior patterns.

Claims (139)

1 . A computer-implemented method executed on a computing device comprising:

defining a plurality of behavior patterns based upon accessible media;

comparing a specific behavior pattern of a specific individual to the plurality of behavior patterns, wherein the specific behavior pattern is based upon accessible media associated with the specific individual; and

initiating a notification process if the specific behavior pattern is similar to at least one of the plurality of behavior patterns.

2 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 wherein the plurality of behavior patterns include one or more undesirable behavior patterns.

3 . The computer-implemented method of claim 2 wherein the one or more undesirable behavior patterns include one or more of:

a sexual harassment behavior pattern;

a sexual assault behavior pattern;

a revenge porn behavior pattern;

a bullying behavior pattern;

a criminal behavior pattern;

a socially-unacceptable behavior pattern;

a protest behavior pattern;

a boycott behavior pattern;

a suicidal behavior pattern;

a self-harm behavior pattern;

a terrorism behavior pattern;

a homicidal behavior pattern;

a mass shooting behavior pattern; and

a radicalization behavior pattern.

4 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 wherein defining a plurality of behavior patterns based upon accessible media includes:

defining a plurality of behavior patterns based upon accessible media available on at least one content platform.

5 . The computer-implemented method of claim 4 wherein the at least one content platform includes one or more of:

one or more social media platforms;

one or more websites;

one or more video-sharing platforms;

one or more virtual reality platforms;

one or more gaming platforms;

one or more messaging platforms;

one or more financial platforms; and

one or more blog platforms.

6 . The computer-implemented method of claim 4 wherein the accessible media includes accessible social media posts.

7 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 wherein initiating a notification process if the specific behavior pattern is similar to at least one of the plurality of behavior patterns include:

initiating a notification process to a third party if the specific behavior pattern is similar to at least one of the plurality of behavior patterns.

8 . The computer-implemented method of claim 7 wherein the third party includes one or more of:

an educational third party;

a corporate third party;

a legal third party;

a moderating third party;

an international intelligence third party;

a law enforcement third party;

a social work third party; and

a medical professional third party.

9 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 further comprising:

obtaining electronic identification data for the specific individual.

10 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 further comprising:

obtaining electronic identification data for a party related to the specific individual.

11 . A computer program product residing on a computer readable medium having a plurality of instructions stored thereon which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform operations comprising:

defining a plurality of behavior patterns based upon accessible media;

comparing a specific behavior pattern of a specific individual to the plurality of behavior patterns, wherein the specific behavior pattern is based upon accessible media associated with the specific individual; and

initiating a notification process if the specific behavior pattern is similar to at least one of the plurality of behavior patterns.

12 . The computer program product of claim 11 wherein the plurality of behavior patterns include one or more undesirable behavior patterns.

13 . The computer program product of claim 12 wherein the one or more undesirable behavior patterns include one or more of:

a sexual harassment behavior pattern;

a sexual assault behavior pattern;

a revenge porn behavior pattern;

a bullying behavior pattern;

a criminal behavior pattern;

a socially-unacceptable behavior pattern;

a protest behavior pattern;

a boycott behavior pattern;

a suicidal behavior pattern;

a self-harm behavior pattern;

a terrorism behavior pattern;

a homicidal behavior pattern;

a mass shooting behavior pattern; and

a radicalization behavior pattern.

14 . The computer program product of claim 11 wherein defining a plurality of behavior patterns based upon accessible media includes:

defining a plurality of behavior patterns based upon accessible media available on at least one content platform.

15 . The computer program product of claim 14 wherein the at least one content platform includes one or more of:

one or more social media platforms;

one or more websites;

one or more video-sharing platforms;

one or more virtual reality platforms;

one or more gaming platforms;

one or more messaging platforms;

one or more financial platforms; and

one or more blog platforms.

16 . The computer program product of claim 14 wherein the accessible media includes accessible social media posts.

17 . The computer program product of claim 11 wherein initiating a notification process if the specific behavior pattern is similar to at least one of the plurality of behavior patterns include:

initiating a notification process to a third party if the specific behavior pattern is similar to at least one of the plurality of behavior patterns.

18 . The computer program product of claim 17 wherein the third party includes one or more of:

an educational third party;

a corporate third party;

a legal third party;

a moderating third party;

a law enforcement third party;

a social work third party; and

a medical professional third party.

19 . The computer program product of claim 11 further comprising:

obtaining electronic identification data for the specific individual.

20 . The computer program product of claim 11 further comprising:

obtaining electronic identification data for a party related to the specific individual.

21 . A computing system including a processor and memory configured to perform operations comprising:

defining a plurality of behavior patterns based upon accessible media;

comparing a specific behavior pattern of a specific individual to the plurality of behavior patterns, wherein the specific behavior pattern is based upon accessible media associated with the specific individual; and

initiating a notification process if the specific behavior pattern is similar to at least one of the plurality of behavior patterns.

22 . The computing system of claim 21 wherein the plurality of behavior patterns include one or more undesirable behavior patterns.

23 . The computing system of claim 22 wherein the one or more undesirable behavior patterns include one or more of:

a sexual harassment behavior pattern;

a sexual assault behavior pattern;

a revenge porn behavior pattern;

a bullying behavior pattern;

a criminal behavior pattern;

a socially-unacceptable behavior pattern;

a protest behavior pattern;

a boycott behavior pattern;

a suicidal behavior pattern;

a self-harm behavior pattern;

a terrorism behavior pattern;

a homicidal behavior pattern;

a mass shooting behavior pattern; and

a radicalization behavior pattern.

24 . The computing system of claim 21 wherein defining a plurality of behavior patterns based upon accessible media includes:

defining a plurality of behavior patterns based upon accessible media available on at least one content platform.

25 . The computing system of claim 24 wherein the at least one content platform includes one or more of:

one or more social media platforms;

one or more websites;

one or more video-sharing platforms;

one or more virtual reality platforms;

one or more gaming platforms;

one or more messaging platforms;

one or more financial platforms; and

one or more blog platforms.

26 . The computing system of claim 24 wherein the accessible media includes accessible social media posts.

27 . The computing system of claim 21 wherein initiating a notification process if the specific behavior pattern is similar to at least one of the plurality of behavior patterns include:

initiating a notification process to a third party if the specific behavior pattern is similar to at least one of the plurality of behavior patterns.

28 . The computing system of claim 27 wherein the third party includes one or more of:

an educational third party;

a corporate third party;

a legal third party;

a moderating third party;

a law enforcement third party;

a social work third party; and

a medical professional third party.

29 . The computing system of claim 21 further comprising:

obtaining electronic identification data for the specific individual.

30 . The computing system of claim 21 further comprising:

obtaining electronic identification data for a party related to the specific individual.
