The variable nozzle assembly includes a plurality of nozzle vanes located in the gas inflow passage and a plurality of vane shafts separately fixed to the nozzle vanes. The plurality of nozzle vanes includes a first nozzle vane and a number of second nozzle vanes. A width of the first nozzle vane in an axial direction of the vane shafts is smaller than a width of each of the second nozzle vane in the axial direction of the vane shafts.
