Abstract

The disclosure features macrocyclic compounds, and pharmaceutical compositions and protein complexes thereof, capable of inhibiting Ras proteins, and their uses in the treatment of cancers.

Claims (10)

1. A method of treating lung cancer in a subject in need thereof, wherein the lung cancer comprises a K-Ras G12C mutation, the method comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a compound having the following structure:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the lung cancer is non-small cell lung cancer.

3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the method comprises administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of the compound having the following structure:

4. A method of treating non-small cell lung cancer in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a compound having the following structure:
