Elastic Wiring And Method For Producing Elastic Wiring
An elastic wiring includes: an elastic tube; a conductor wire arranged within the tube; and fixing portions that fix the conductor wire and the tube at both ends of the tube in the lengthwise direction, wherein the length of the conductor wire between the fixing portions when the tube is in an unextended state is longer than the length of the tube between the fixing portions.
1 . A garment to which an elastic wiring has been fixed, the elastic wiring comprising: an elastic tube; a conductor wire arranged within the tube; and caulking members that fix the conductor wire and the tube at both ends of the tube in the lengthwise direction, wherein:
a length of the conductor wire between the fixing portions when the tube is in an unextended state is longer than a length of the tube between the fixing portions;
each of the caulking members comprises a male member and a female member;
the male member comprises a first flat plate portion and a fitting convex portion that is provided on the first flat plate portion;
the female member comprises a second flat plate portion and a fitting concave portion that is provided on the second flat plate portion; and
the conductor wire and the tube are caulked by the first flat plate portion and the second flat plate portion in a state of the fitting convex portion and the fitting concave portion being fitted together.
2 . The garment according to claim 1 , comprising a sensor connected to one end of the elastic wiring.
3 . The garment according to claim 2 , comprising a transmitter connected to the other end of the elastic wiring.
4 . A garment to which an elastic wiring has been fixed, the elastic wiring comprising: an elastic tube; a conductor wire arranged within the tube; and caulking members that fix the conductor wire and the tube at both ends of the tube in the lengthwise direction, wherein:
a length of the conductor wire between the fixing portions when the tube is in an unextended state is longer than a length of the tube between the fixing portions;
each of the caulking members comprises a male member comprising a flat plate portion and a spike extending substantially perpendicularly from the flat plate portion, and a ring-shaped female member fixed to the male member by being crimped to the spike; and
by fixing the female member to the male member, the conductor wire and the tube are caulked by the flat plate portion and the female member, and a recess is formed in the ring-shaped central portion of the female member.
5 . The garment according to claim 4 , comprising a sensor connected to one end of the elastic wiring.
6 . The garment according to claim 5 , comprising a transmitter connected to the other end of the elastic wiring.
