MODULAR TRUSS HANGER SYSTEM AND METHODS THEREOF
Examples of a construction assembly include a truss hanger and an embed plate. The truss hanger is configured to support a truss structure, and the embed plate is configured for mounting to a predetermined position over a wall element and configured to engage the truss hanger to maintain the truss hanger in a fixed position relative to the wall element. The embed plate shifts load associated with the truss structure from a face of the wall element to studs of the embed plate.
1 . A modular construction assembly, comprising:
a truss hanger configured to support a truss structure; and
an embed plate including one or more studs, the embed plate configured for mounting to a predetermined position over a wall structure and configured to engage the truss hanger to maintain the truss hanger in a fixed position relative to the wall structure,
wherein the embed plate shifts load associated with the truss structure from a face of the wall structure to the embedded studs of the embed plate.
2 . The construction assembly of claim 1 , wherein the embed plate engages a form configured to receive concrete.
3 . The construction assembly of claim 2 , wherein the form comprises a rebar cage including stirrups.
4 . The construction assembly of claim 1 , wherein the embed plate includes a base plate and the one or more studs extend from the base plate and are configured for shear connection in concrete.

The construction assembly of claim 1 , wherein the embed plate is configured to receive concrete over the one or more studs along a first side of the embed plate to anchor the embed plate in the predetermined position along the wall structure, and the truss hanger is mounted to a second side of the embed plate opposite the first side.
