Abstract

The present disclosure relates to inhibitors of NLRP3 useful in the treatment of diseases and disorders inhibited by said protein and having the Formula (I):

1. A compound of formula:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a stereoisomer of any one of the foregoing.

3. The compound of claim 1 , wherein the compound is the stereoisomer of:

6. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a stereoisomer of any one of the foregoing, and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients or carriers.

7. The pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 2 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients or carriers.

8. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 4 and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients or carriers.

9. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the pharmaceutically acceptable salt of claim 5 and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients or carriers.
