ACCESS CONTROL METHOD AND APPARATUS AND SYSTEM
An access control apparatus, applicable to a repeater, includes: a receiver configured to receive SIB1 transmitted by a network device, the SIB1 including an access control parameter, and processor circuitry configured to control to not apply to a unified access control procedure which is performed by using the access control parameter.
1 . An access control apparatus, applicable to a repeater, the apparatus comprising:
a receiver configured to receive SIB1 transmitted by a network device, the SIB1 including an access control parameter; and
processor circuitry configured to control to not apply to a unified access control procedure which is performed by using the access control parameter.
2 . The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the processor circuitry is further configured to control to skip over the unified access control procedure.
3 . The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the access control parameter is associated with an access category and/or an access ID.
4 . The apparatus according to claim 1 , the access control parameter including one of UAC-BarringInfoSetList, UAC-BarringPerCatList and UAC-BarringPerPLMN-List.
5 . The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the repeater is a network controlled repeater.
6 . The apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein in case of a first condition being satisfied, the processor skips over the unified access control procedure; the first condition comprises:
when initiating an RRC connection establishment procedure, an upper layer provides an access category and one or more access IDs when requesting establishment of RRC connection, or,
when initiating an RRC connection resume procedure is initiated, and resuming RRC connection is triggered by response to NG-RAN paging, or,
when an RRC connection resume procedure is initiated and resuming RRC connection is triggered by upper layers, the upper layers provide an access category and one or more access IDs, or
when an RRC connection resume procedure is initiated, and resuming RRC connection is triggered due to an RNA update.
7 . The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein, the processor circuitry selects 0 as an access category.
8 . The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein, the processor circuitry does not determine an access category and/or during emergency services, the processor circuitry sets a resume cause and an establishment cause as an emergency situation.
9 . The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein an RRC layer of the repeater determines an access category and one or more access IDs.
10 . The apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein the RRC layer of the repeater determines an establishment cause or a resume cause corresponding to the access category.
11 . The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein an upper layer of the repeater provides an establishment cause or a resume cause to a lower layer of the repeater.
12 . The apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein the upper layer of the repeater does not provide an access category and an access ID to the lower layer of the repeater.
13 . The apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein the upper layer of the repeater is a NAS layer.
14 . The apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein the lower layer of the repeater is a RRC layer.
