Abstract

A matching computer system for electronically generating, matching, and providing online user profiles, and determining a sharing score between the online user profiles is provided. The matching computer system may be configured to generate online user profiles associated with users of the systems. The matching computer system may be also configured to calculate a base score based upon the generated online user profile. Each base score represents a level of trustworthiness of each respective user. The matching computer system may be further configured to determine a sharing score between users based upon the base scores. Each sharing score represents a level of matching between the online user profiles.

calculate a first base score associated with a first user based upon a user profile of the first user, wherein the user profile of the first user includes a first plurality of data records including social media data representing the first user's electronic activity using social media, and records data from public records of the first user;

calculate a second base score associated with a second user based upon a user profile of the second user, wherein the user profile of the second user includes a second plurality of data records including social media data representing the second user's electronic activity using social media, and records data from public records of the second user;

compare the first base score to the second base score;

determine the sharing score between the first and second users based upon the comparison, wherein the sharing score is a unique score between the first and second users and represents a level of matching between the first plurality of data records and respective data records included in the second plurality of data records; and

determine an item sharing score between (i) a first item set by the first user and (ii) each of one or more items listed by the second user, wherein the item sharing score is a unique item score between each of the one or more items and the first item, and wherein the item sharing score is determined based upon the sharing score and a level of matching between criteria set by the first user for the first item and criteria associated with each of the one or more items.

2 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the first plurality of data records further includes sharing data associated with a sharing history of other items of the first user, and a first level of maintenance of a first property of the first user.

3 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the first base score represents a level of trustworthiness of the first user, and wherein the level of trustworthiness of the first user is based upon the user profile of the first user.

4 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the second plurality of data records further includes sharing data associated with a sharing history of other items of the second user, and a second level of maintenance of a second property of the second user.

5 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the second base score represents a level of trustworthiness of the second user, and wherein the level of trustworthiness of the second user is based upon the user profile of the second user.

6 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to:

generate a graphical user interface, wherein the graphical user interface is configured to:

display the first base score and the second base score; and

display the sharing score between the first user and the second user.

7 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to:

receive a user-listing associated with the first user, wherein the user-listing includes a plurality of items including the first item offered for at least one of sale, rent, or lease, wherein the first user is associated with a first user-type corresponding to an owner, and wherein the second user is associated with a second user-type corresponding to a renter;

calculate an item base score for each of the plurality of items, wherein each item base score is calculated based upon the user profile of the first user; and

determine an additional item sharing score between each of the plurality of items and the second user, wherein each additional item sharing score is determined by comparing (i) each respective item base score to the second base score, and (ii) social media data of the first user to social media data of the second user and identifying similarities therein.

8 . A computer-implemented method for determining a sharing score between user profiles, the method implemented by a computer system including at least one processor in communication with at least one memory device, the method comprising:

calculating a first base score associated with a first user based upon a user profile of the first user, wherein the user profile of the first user includes a first plurality of data records including social media data representing the first user's electronic activity using social media, and records data from public records of the first user;

calculating a second base score associated with a second user based upon a user profile of the second user, wherein the user profile of the second user includes a second plurality of data records including social media data representing the second user's electronic activity using social media, and records data from public records of the second user;

comparing the first base score to the second base score;

determining the sharing score between the first and second users based upon the comparison, wherein the sharing score is a unique score between the first and second users and represents a level of matching between the first plurality of data records and respective data records included in the second plurality of data records; and

determining an item sharing score between (i) a first item set by the first user and (ii) each of one or more items listed by the second user, wherein the item sharing score is a unique item score between each of the one or more items and the first item, and wherein the item sharing score is determined based upon the sharing score and a level of matching between criteria set by the first user for the first item and criteria associated with each of the one or more items.

9 . The computer-implemented method of claim 8 , wherein the first plurality of data records further includes sharing data associated with a sharing history of other items of the first user, and a first level of maintenance of a first property of the first user.

10 . The computer-implemented method of claim 8 , wherein the first base score represents a level of trustworthiness of the first user, and wherein the level of trustworthiness of the first user is based upon the user profile of the first user.

11 . The computer-implemented method of claim 8 , wherein the second plurality of data records further includes sharing data associated with a sharing history of other items of the second user, and a second level of maintenance of a second property of the second user.

12 . The computer-implemented method of claim 8 , wherein the second base score represents a level of trustworthiness of the second user, and wherein the level of trustworthiness of the second user is based upon the user profile of the second user.
