PARTICLES AND SUSPENSIONS COMPRISING HYALURONAN DEGRADING AGENTS AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
The present disclosure provides, in various embodiments, stable injectable particle suspensions of therapeutic biologics and hyaluronan degrading agents that permit administration without the need for resuspension. In particular, the compositions disclosed herein are highly concentrated, low-volume injectable particle suspensions that increase bioavailability of therapeutic biologics.
1 . A particle comprising at least one therapeutic biologic or a salt thereof, and a hyaluronan degrading agent.
2 . The particle of claim 1 , wherein the hyaluronan degrading agent is hyaluronidase.

The particle of claim 1 , wherein the particle further comprises a carbohydrate, a pH adjusting agent, a salt, a chelator, a surfactant, a protein stabilizer, an emulsifier, an antiseptic, an amino acid, an antioxidant, a paraben, a bactericide, a fungicide, a preservative, or a combination thereof.

a plurality of particles suspended in a pharmaceutically acceptable liquid carrier, wherein substantially all of the particles comprise at least one therapeutic biologic or a salt thereof, and a hyaluronan degrading agent.
56 . The composition of claim 55 , wherein the concentration of the hyaluronan degrading agent in the composition is less than about 20000 U/mL.
57 . The composition of claim 55 , wherein the hyaluronan degrading agent is hyaluronidase.
