Abstract

Systems and methods for offering and purchasing tokenized securities on a blockchain platform meeting current and future federal, state, and offering and holding entity rules and regulations. Tokenized securities purchased during or after the tokenized securities offering are tradable on a secondary market. The server computer of the tokenized securities provides an automated transfer capability for tokenized securities holders.

Claims (47)

1. A system for performing transactions of tokenized securities, comprising:

a platform including a server in network-based communication with a plurality of user devices;

wherein the platform is operable to execute transactions of tokenized securities;

wherein the platform includes at least one first user profile and at least one second user profile, one or more of which are associated with one or more financial accounts;

wherein the at least one second user profile includes a permission to buy or sell assets on the platform on behalf of the at least one first user profile and one or more payment terms;

wherein the platform automatically transfers funds from at least one financial account associated with the at least one first user profile to at least one financial account associated with the at least one second user profile based on the one or more payment terms;

wherein the at least one second user profile sends a suggestion message to the at least one first user profile, wherein the suggestion message includes a recommendation to buy or sell one or more tokenized securities;

wherein the platform includes a whitelist of authorized brokers and wherein the platform automatically prevents the at least one second user profile from acting on behalf of the at least one first user profile when the at least one second user profile is not matched to an entry on the whitelist;

wherein the platform generates the whitelist using automatic searching and parsing of text associated with accreditation information automatically retrieved by at least one software blockchain oracle of the platform from one or more online databases of accreditation information;

wherein the at least one first user profile does not accept the suggestion message or wherein the at least one first user profile rejects the suggestion message; and

wherein the at least one first user profile buys or sells the one or more tokenized securities in accordance with the recommendation, causing the platform to automatically transfer funds from the at least one financial account associated with the at least one first user profile to the at least one financial account associated with the at least one second user profile.

2. The system of claim 1 , wherein, upon receiving acceptance of the recommendation from the at least one first user profile, the platform enables the at least one second user profile to buy or sell the one or more tokenized securities on behalf of the at least one first user profile.

3. The system of claim 1 , wherein the suggestion message is recorded on at least one blockchain.

4. The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more payment terms include a payment frequency, a payment period, a payment fee scheme, a minimum required payment, a maximum required payment, and/or one or more payment methods.

5. The system of claim 1 , wherein the platform is configured to verify that the at least one second user profile is a certified financial advisor and/or a licensed broker.

6. The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one second user profile is unable to buy or sell assets on behalf of the at least one first user profile without first transmitting a recommendation to the at least one first user profile and receiving an acceptance of the recommendation.

7. The system of claim 1 , wherein the platform automatically generates at least one contract between the at least one first user profile and the at least one second user profile based on the one or more payment terms.

8. The system of claim 1 , wherein the platform is operable to automatically generate one or more trade reports for the at least one second user profile.

9. A system for performing transactions of tokenized securities, comprising:

a platform including a server in network-based communication with a plurality of user devices;

wherein the platform is operable to execute transactions of tokenized securities;

wherein the platform includes at least one first user profile and at least one second user profile, one or more of which are associated with one or more financial accounts;

wherein the at least one second user profile includes a permission to view the assets held by the at least one first user profile on the platform and one or more payment terms;

wherein the at least one second user profile transmits at least one suggestion message to the at least one first user profile including a recommendation to buy or sell one or more tokenized securities;

wherein the platform includes a whitelist of authorized brokers and wherein the platform automatically prevents the at least one second user profile from providing the recommendation to the at least one first user profile when the at least one second user profile is not matched to an entry on the whitelist;

wherein the platform generates the whitelist using automatic searching and parsing of text associated with accreditation information automatically retrieved by at least one software blockchain oracle of the platform from one or more online databases of accreditation information;

wherein the at least one first user profile accepts the at least one suggestion message causing the platform to automatically transfer transfers funds from at least one financial account associated with the at least one first user profile to at least one financial account associated with the at least one second user profile;

wherein the at least one first user profile does not accept the at least one suggestion message, but the at least one first user profile buys or sells and subsequently buying or selling the one or more tokenized securities in accordance with the recommendation causes the platform to automatically transfer funds from the at least one financial account associated with the at least one first user profile to the at least one financial account associated with the at least one second user profile.

10. The system of claim 9 , wherein the one or more payment terms include a payment frequency, a payment period, a payment fee scheme, a minimum required payment, a maximum required payment, and/or one or more payment methods.

11. The system of claim 9 , wherein the permission to view the assets held by the at least one first user profile further includes one or more specific tokenized securities that the at least one second user profile is unable to recommend to the at least one first user profile.

12. The system of claim 9 , wherein the platform automatically generates at least one contract between the at least one first user profile and the at least one second user profile based on the one or more payment terms.

13. The system of claim 9 , wherein trades of the tokenized securities on the platform are recorded on at least one immutable ledger.

14. The system of claim 13 , wherein the at least one suggestion message is recorded on at least one blockchain.

15. The system of claim 9 , wherein the platform only automatically transfers funds from the at least one financial account associated with the at least one first user profile to the at least one financial account associated with the at least one second user profile upon the at least one first user profile buying or selling the one or more tokenized securities in accordance with the recommendation if the buying or selling occurs within a preset time period after the at least one suggestion message was sent.

16. A system for performing transactions of tokenized securities, comprising:

a platform including a server in network-based communication with a plurality of user devices;

wherein the platform is operable to execute transactions of tokenized securities;

wherein the platform includes at least one first user profile and at least one second user profile, one or more of which are associated with one or more financial accounts;

wherein the at least one second user profile includes a permission to view the assets held by the at least one first user profile on the platform and/or a permission for the at least one second user profile to buy and sell assets on behalf of the at least one first user profile on the platform and one or more payment terms;

wherein the at least one second user profile transmits at least one suggestion message to the at least one first user profile including a recommendation to buy or sell one or more tokenized securities;

wherein the platform includes a whitelist of authorized brokers and wherein the platform automatically prevents the at least one second user profile from acting on behalf of or providing the recommendation to the at least one first user profile when the at least one second user profile is not matched to an entry on the whitelist;

wherein the platform generates the whitelist using automatic searching and parsing of text associated with accreditation information automatically retrieved by at least one software blockchain oracle of the platform from one or more online databases of accreditation information; and

wherein the at least one first user profile accepts the at least one suggestion message, and the platform automatically transfers funds from at least one financial account associated with the at least one first user profile to at least one financial account associated with the at least one second user profile.

17. The system of claim 16 , wherein the one or more payment terms include a payment frequency, a payment period, a payment fee scheme, a minimum required payment, a maximum required payment, and/or one or more payment methods.

18. The system of claim 16 , wherein the permission to view the assets held by the at least one first user profile further includes one or more specific tokenized securities that the at least one second user profile is unable to recommend to the at least one first user profile.

19. The system of claim 16 , wherein the at least one suggestion message is recorded on at least one blockchain.

20. The system of claim 16 , wherein trades of the tokenized securities on the platform are recorded on at least one immutable ledger.
