METHODS AND COMPOSITIONS FOR TREATMENT OF EPILEPTIC DISORDERS
Use of allosteric modulators and/or gaboxadol for the treatment of epileptic disorders in a subject in need thereof.

A method for treatment of seizures associated with CDKL5 deficiency disorder, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of a pharmaceutical composition comprising about 50 mg/mL ganaxolone in a dosage regimen that comprises administering the pharmaceutical composition three times a day.
2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the dosage regimen comprises starting at a low dose and escalating the dose.
3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the dosage regimen comprises a dose of about 0.001 mg/kg to about 10 mg/kg three times a day.
4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the dosage regimen comprises a dose of about 6 mg/kg three times a day.
5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the dosage regimen comprises a dose of about 11 mg/kg three times a day.
6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the dosage regimen comprises a dose of about 16 mg/kg three times a day.
7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the dosage regimen comprises a dose of about 21 mg/kg three times a day.
8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the dosage regimen comprises a dose of about 150 mg three times a day.
9 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the dosage regimen comprises a dose of about 300 mg three times a day.
10 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the dosage regimen comprises a dose of about 450 mg three times a day.
11 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the dosage regimen comprises a dose of about 600 mg three times a day.
12 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the dosage regimen comprises a dose of about 6 mg/kg three times a day.
13 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the dosage regimen further comprises a dose of about 11 mg/kg three times a day.
14 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the dosage regimen further comprises a dose of about 16 mg/kg three times a day.
15 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the dosage regimen further comprises a dose of about 21 mg/kg three times a day.
16 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the dosage regimen comprises a dose of about 150 mg three times a day.
17 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the dosage regimen further comprises a dose of about 300 mg three times a day.
18 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the dosage regimen further comprises a dose of about 450 mg three times a day.
19 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the dosage regimen further comprises a dose of about 600 mg three times a day.
20 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition is administered orally.
21 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the frequency of seizures is reduced.
22 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the frequency of seizure is reduced, the severity of seizure is reduced, or a combination thereof.
