HOUSING ASSEMBLY, ELECTRIC DRIVE DEVICE AND VEHICLE
A housing assembly for an electric drive device, the housing assembly including a housing and an electric motor cover. The housing includes a first housing portion, the first housing portion at least partially accommodating an electric motor of the electric drive device, and a second housing portion located at one end of the first housing portion, the second housing portion accommodating a speed reducer of the electric drive device. The electric motor cover is fitted to another end of the first housing portion and includes a cover portion and a cavity portion. The cavity portion and the first housing portion together form an electric motor cavity for accommodating the electric motor.
1 . A housing assembly for an electric drive device, wherein the housing assembly comprises:
a housing, comprising
a first housing portion, the first housing portion at least partially accommodating an electric motor of the electric drive device;
a second housing portion located at one end of the first housing portion, the second housing portion accommodating a speed reducer of the electric drive device;
an electric motor cover, assembled to another end of the first housing portion, comprising a cover portion and a cavity portion, the cavity portion and the first housing portion together forming an electric motor cavity for accommodating the electric motor.
2 . The housing assembly according to claim 1 , wherein
a dimension of the cavity portion is determined according to the power of the electric motor accommodated in the electric drive device.
3 . The housing assembly according to claim 1 , wherein
the first housing portion and the second housing portion are integrally formed.
4 . The housing assembly according to claim 1 , wherein
the housing further comprises a third housing portion arranged adjacent to the first housing portion, the third housing portion accommodating power electronics of the electric drive device.
5 . The housing assembly according to claim 4 , wherein
an electric connector for the electric motor of the electric drive device extends from the second housing portion into the first housing portion.
6 . The housing assembly according to claim 5 , wherein
the electric connector extends from the second housing portion into the third housing portion.
7 . The housing assembly according to claim 1 , wherein
the housing assembly is provided with a cooling circuit.
8 . The housing assembly according to claim 7 , wherein
the cooling circuit comprises an oil spray device arranged on the cover portion.
9 . The housing assembly according to claim 4 , wherein
the first housing portion, the second housing portion and the third housing portion are integrally formed by casting.
10 . An electric drive device, comprising the housing assembly according to claim 1 .
11 . A vehicle, comprising the electric drive device according to claim 10 .
12 . The housing assembly according to claim 2 , wherein
the first housing portion and the second housing portion are integrally formed.
13 . The housing assembly according to claim 2 , wherein
the housing further comprises a third housing portion arranged adjacent to the first housing portion, the third housing portion accommodating power electronics of the electric drive device.
14 . The housing assembly according to claim 2 , wherein
the housing assembly is provided with a cooling circuit.
15 . An electric drive device, comprising the housing assembly according to claim 2 .
