A method for the treatment of a disease or disorder in a subject, wherein the disease or disorder is cancer, which comprises administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of the compound according to claim 80 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
84 . The method according to claim 83 , wherein the cancer is breast cancer, bladder cancer, lung cancer, prostate cancer, kidney cancer, esophageal carcinoma, colorectal cancer, gallbladder carcinoma, brain tumor, lymphoma, leukemia or neuroblastoma.
85 . The compound according to claim 80 , which is 1-(4-(2-(2,3-difluoro-6-(3-((methylamino)methyl)imidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-6-yl)phenoxy)ethyl)-1,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-2,2-dimethylpropan-1-ol, wherein the compound is the isomer having the stereochemical arrangement of:

87 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound according to claim 85 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

A method for the treatment of a disease or disorder in a subject, wherein the disease or disorder is cancer, which comprises administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a compound according to claim 85 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
