Abstract

In some implementations, a verification system generates visual regions, each associated with a verification rule and including visual elements for defining a type of user information and a type of matching criterion. These elements include at least one pair of visual selectors: a first selector for user information and a second selector for matching criteria. The system dynamically modifies the verification rule based on real-time interaction with these elements and determines user verification by applying received input to the modified rule. Features include drag-and-drop components, customizable matching thresholds, color-coded rule status indicators, and the management of verification rules through addition, deletion, and modification of visual selectors.

Claims (46)

1 . A system for providing a visual interface for programming verification rulesets, the system comprising:

one or more memories; and

one or more processors, coupled to the one or more memories, configured to:

generate one or more visual regions, wherein each visual region is associated with a verification rule and includes a plurality of visual elements for defining a type of user information and a type of matching criterion;

dynamically modify the verification rule based on real-time interaction with the plurality of visual elements in the one or more visual regions; and

determine whether to verify a user by applying input received from the user to the modified verification rule.

2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of visual elements include drag-and-drop components for selecting and configuring the type of user information and the type of matching criterion.

3 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to:

receive user input comprising user information;

apply the user information to the modified verification rule by comparing the user information to predefined criteria defined by the verification rule; and

determine whether the user information satisfies the predefined criteria to verify the user.

4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to:

receive a request to delete an existing verification rule; and

remove a visual region of the one or more visual regions that is associated with the existing verification rule in response to the request.

5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the modified verification rule includes customizable thresholds for partial matching criteria, defined via a visual interface.

6 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to:

generate a summary report of user verification attempts, including success rates and failure rates based on the modified verification rule.

7 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to:

integrate with external databases to cross-reference and validate user information during a verification process associated with the user.

8 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of visual elements include sliders for adjusting thresholds related to the type of matching criterion.

9 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the visual interface includes color-coded indicators to represent a status of different verification rules.

10 . A method of providing a visual interface for programming verification rulesets, comprising:

generating, by one or more processors, one or more graphical user interface (GUI) components forming visual regions, wherein each visual region is associated with a verification rule and includes a plurality of interactive visual elements for defining a type of user information and a type of matching criterion;

updating, by the one or more processors, the verification rule in response to user interaction with the plurality of interactive visual elements in the one or more visual regions; and

determining, by the one or more processors, whether to verify a user by applying input data received from the user to the updated verification rule.

11 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the verification rule is updated based on real-time interaction with the plurality of interactive visual elements in the one or more visual regions.

12 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the plurality of visual elements include drag-and-drop components for selecting and configuring the type of user information and the type of matching criterion.

13 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the visual interface includes color-coded indicators to represent a status of different verification rules.

14 . The method of claim 10 , further comprising:

integrating with external databases to cross-reference and validate user information during a verification process associated with the user.

15 . A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing a set of instructions for providing a visual interface for programming verification rulesets, the set of instructions comprising:

one or more instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of a device, cause the device to:

generate one or more visual regions, wherein each visual region is associated with a verification rule and includes a plurality of visual elements for defining a type of user information and a type of matching criterion, the plurality of visual elements comprising at least one pair of visual selectors with a first selector associated with the type of user information and a second selector associated with the type of matching criterion;

dynamically modify the verification rule based on real-time interaction with the plurality of visual elements in the one or more visual regions; and

determine whether to verify a user by applying input received from the user to the modified verification rule.

16 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the one or more instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the device to:

generate a summary report of user verification attempts, including success rates and failure rates based on the modified verification rule.

17 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the one or more instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the device to:

provide color-coded indicators to represent a status of different verification rules.

18 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the one or more instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the device to:

generate drag-and-drop components for selecting and configuring the type of user information and the type of matching criterion.

19 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the one or more instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the device to:

receive input associated with addition to the verification rule and generate an additional pair of visual selectors in a corresponding visual region.

20 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the one or more instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the device to:

receive input associated with a verification rule deletion; and

remove a corresponding visual region associated with the verification rule deletion in response to the input.
