Display panel and display device
A display panel includes an active area; a fanout region; and a bonding region located on one side of the fanout region away from the active area. A driver chip is disposed in the bonding region. The driver chip includes a first side edge adjacent to the fanout region, a second side edge opposite to the first side edge, and two third side edges. The driver chip includes a plurality of output terminals disposed close to the first side edge. The display panel includes: a plurality of fanout lines located in the fanout region; and a plurality of gull-wing lines located in the bonding region. Part of the fanout lines extend from the fanout region to a region where the first side edge is located, and are electrically connected to the output terminals. Another part of the fanout lines are electrically connected to the output terminals via the gull-wing lines.
1 . A display panel, comprising:
an active area;
a fanout region located on one side of the active area;
a bonding region located on one side of the fanout region away from the active area, wherein a driver chip is disposed in the bonding region, the driver chip comprises a first side edge adjacent to the fanout region, a second side edge opposite to the first side edge, and two third side edges connecting the first side edge and the second side edge, the driver chip further comprises a plurality of receiving terminals disposed close to the first side edge;
a plurality of fanout lines located in the fanout region; and
a plurality of gull-wing lines located at least in the bonding region;
wherein part of the fanout lines extend from the fanout region to a region where the first side edge is located, and are electrically connected to part of the receiving terminals; another part of the fanout lines are electrically connected to part of the receiving terminals via the gull-wing lines, and the gull-wing lines pass through a region where at least one of the first side edge, the two third side edges or the second side edge is located; and
each gull-wing line comprises a first gull-wing line and a second gull-wing line, and the first gull-wing line and the second gull-wing line are located in different layers, wherein an extension direction of the first gull-wing line is the same as an extension direction of each of the two third side edges, and an extension direction of the second gull-wing line is the same as an extension direction of the first side edge.

The display panel according to claim 1 , wherein when the first gull-wing line is made of a same material as a source-drain metal layer in the active area, the first gull-wing line is made in a same layer as the source-drain metal layer in the active area; and when the second gull-wing line is made of a same material as a gate in the active area, the second gull-wing line is made in a same layer as the gate in the active area; or
when the first gull-wing line is made of a same material as the gate in the active area, the first gull-wing line is made in a same layer as the gate in the active area; and when the second gull-wing line is made of a same material as the source-drain metal layer in the active area, the second gull-wing line is made in a same layer as the source-drain metal layer in the active area.

The display panel according to claim 2 , wherein the second gull-wing line comprises a first line segment extending in a second direction, the second gull-wing line further comprises a second line segment extending along an extension direction of the second side edge, an extension direction of the second direction is the same as the extension direction of the each of the two third side edges, and the first gull-wing line is electrically connected to the first line segment through a via hole.

The display panel according to claim 3 , wherein the second gull-wing line further comprises a third line segment, the first line segment, the second line segment and the third line segment are connected in sequence, and the third line segment is electrically connected to one of the plurality of receiving terminals.
5 . The display panel according to claim 3 , wherein an included angle between an extension line of the first line segment and an extension line of the second line segment is a right angle; or
an included angle between the extension line of the second line segment and an extension line of the third line segment is an obtuse angle.
6 . The display panel according to claim 3 , wherein an included angle between an extension line of the second line segment and an extension line of the third line segment is a right angle.
7 . The display panel according to claim 3 , wherein an orthographic projection of the first line segment on a substrate of the display panel overlaps with an orthographic projection of the first gull-wing line electrically connected to the first line segment on the substrate.
8 . The display panel according to claim 3 , wherein first corners are disposed between the first line segment and the second line segment, and at least part of the first corners are rounded corners; or
the first corners are disposed between the first line segment and the second line segment, at least one island pattern is disposed between every two adjacent first corners, and the island patterns are not connected to each other.
9 . The display panel according to claim 1 , wherein the first gull-wing line overlaps with the second gull-wing line electrically connected to the first gull-wing line along a direction perpendicular to a substrate.

The display panel according to claim 1 , wherein the display panel comprises a test unit and a plurality of test connection lines, wherein the test unit is located on a side, away from the active area, of a region where the receiving terminals are located; and the test connection lines are electrically connected to a part of the receiving terminals.
11 . The display panel according to claim 10 , wherein the receiving terminals electrically connected to the gull-wing lines are electrically connected to the test connection lines.
12 . The display panel according to claim 11 , wherein in a direction perpendicular to a substrate, the test connection lines overlaps with the gull-wing lines.
13 . The display panel according to claim 1 , wherein part of the gull-wing lines pass through the region where the first side edge is located, and another part of the gull-wing lines pass through a region where at least one of the two third side edges is located.

The display panel according to claim 13 , wherein the gull-wing lines passing through the region where the first side edge is located comprise a first line segment, a second line segment, a third line segment, a fourth line segment, and a fifth line segment that are connected in sequence and are disposed in a same layer.

The display panel according to claim 14 , wherein an extension direction of the first line segment is the same as the extension direction of each of the two third side edges, an extension direction of the third line segment is the same as the extension direction of each of the two third side edges, an extension direction of the fifth line segment is the same as the extension direction of each of the two third side edges, an extension direction of the second line segment is the same as the extension direction of the first side edge, and an extension direction of the fourth line segment is the same as the extension direction of the first side edge.

The display panel according to claim 13 , wherein the gull-wing lines passing through the region where at least one of the two third side edges is located comprise a first line segment, a second line segment and a third line segment that are connected in sequence and are disposed in a same layer, an extension direction of the first line segment is the same as the extension direction of each of the two third side edges, and an extension direction of the second line segment is the same as the extension direction of the first side edge.
17 . The display panel according to claim 16 , wherein in a direction perpendicular to a substrate, the second line segment overlaps with the first gull-wing line.

The display panel according to claim 13 , wherein receiving terminals electrically connected to the gull-wing lines passing through the region where the first side edge is located, receiving terminals electrically connected to the gull-wing lines passing through the regions where at least one of the two third side edges are located, and receiving terminals electrically connected to the fanout lines extending from the fanout region to the region where the first side edge is located are arranged in sequence in the extension direction of the first side edge.
19 . A display device, comprising the display panel according to claim 1 .
