Abstract

A user training system for managing intelligent injection device administration provides interactive training content and competency assessment for device operation. The system includes modules for evaluating user comprehension based on demographics and experience, issuing certifications upon successful completion, and monitoring training compliance. An authorization module analyzes administration data to detect potential fraud and automatically approve or deny device usage. The system integrates with healthcare systems to verify training completion and maintains secure records of certifications and authorizations. Training content adapts based on user classification and includes simulated injection scenarios without medication. The system enables healthcare providers to select training protocols and incorporates predictive analytics for fraud prevention.

Claims (39)

1 . A user training system for an injectable administration compliance management platform, comprising:

a user training module configured to provide interactive training content regarding operation of intelligent injection devices, including trial usage capabilities without medication;

a competency assessment module configured to evaluate user comprehension based on user classification including age, education level, and medical experience;

a certification module configured to issue certifications to users who successfully complete training;

an authorization module configured to analyze administration data and automatically approve or deny device usage based on fraud detection analysis; and

a compliance tracking module configured to monitor completion of required training elements.

2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the user training module includes simulated injection scenarios.

3 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the user training module includes pharmacy-integrated training protocols.

4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the authorization module maintains blockchain-based authorization records.

5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the user training module includes healthcare provider-selectable training protocols.

6 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the authorization module includes predictive analytics capabilities.

7 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the authorization module maintains an audit trail of training decisions.

8 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the user training module adapts training difficulty based on user classification.

9 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the authorization module includes neural network capabilities for fraud detection.

10 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the system integrates with electronic health record systems for training verification.

11 . A user training and prior authorization system for an injectable administration compliance management platform, comprising:

a user training module configured to provide interactive training content regarding operation of intelligent injection devices, including trial usage capabilities;

a competency assessment module configured to evaluate user comprehension based on user classification;

a certification module configured to issue certifications to users who successfully complete training;

a prior authorization module configured to:

analyze administration data for fraud, waste, and abuse detection;

automatically approve or deny device usage based on payor, pharmacy, and pharmacy benefit manager policies;

adjust prior authorization requirements based on policy updates from multiple stakeholders;

trigger automated downstream actions based on authorization decisions, including:

preventing device shipment,

updating electronic health records,

generating healthcare provider alerts,

updating inventory management systems, and

initiating supply chain processes; and

a compliance tracking module configured to monitor completion of required training elements.

12 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the prior authorization module uses artificial intelligence to detect fraudulent patterns in device usage.

13 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the prior authorization module includes automated verification of pharmacy benefit eligibility.

14 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the prior authorization module dynamically updates authorization requirements based on real-time policy changes.

15 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the prior authorization module integrates with multiple payor and pharmacy benefit manager systems.

16 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the trial usage capabilities include practice scenarios based on user classification.

17 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the prior authorization module includes pattern recognition capabilities for detecting waste and abuse.

18 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the user training module adapts training protocols based on authorization requirements.

19 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the prior authorization module maintains secure blockchain records of all authorization decisions.

20 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the system includes automated retraining notifications based on policy updates.
