STRUCTURAL INSULATED FINISHED CLADDING ASSEMBLIES
An exterior building panel includes a panel body having a polymeric framing arrangement including an outer boundary portion extending around an outer perimeter of the panel body and a plurality of crossing frame members extending between opposed first and second sides of the outer boundary portion to define a plurality of cavities surrounded by the outer boundary portion, core insulation material disposed in each of the plurality of cavities, an insulation layer surrounding the framing arrangement and the core insulation material, and an insulating lamina coating covering the insulation layer.

36 . A structural insulated panel comprising:
a panel body including:
a framing arrangement including opposed first and second outer frame members secured to and extending between opposed third and fourth outer frame members to define an outer boundary portion extending around an outer perimeter of the panel body,
a plurality of crossing frame members secured to the first and second outer frame members to define a plurality of cavities surrounded by the outer boundary portion;
core insulation material disposed in each of the plurality of cavities;
an outer panel layer surrounding the framing arrangement and the core insulation material; and
a lamina coating covering the outer panel layer;
wherein the first and second frame members have a C-shaped cross-section receiving end portions of the crossing frame members and the third and fourth frame members between first and second sides of the C-shaped cross-section.
37 . The structural insulated panel of claim 36 , wherein the outer panel layer comprises a first panel member secured to a first side of the framing arrangement and a second panel member secured to a second side of the framing arrangement to enclose the plurality of cavities therebetween.
38 . The structural insulated panel of claim 37 , wherein the first panel member is an insulating panel member.
39 . The structural insulated panel of claim 38 , wherein the first panel member comprises extruded polystyrene (EPS).
40 . The structural insulated panel of claim 36 , further comprising a reinforcing mesh embedded in the lamina coating.
41 . The structural insulated panel of claim 36 , wherein the outer panel layer includes panel members secured to outer surfaces of the first, second, third, and fourth outer frame members.
42 . The structural insulated panel of claim 36 , wherein the core insulation material comprises extruded polystyrene.
43 . The structural insulated panel of claim 36 , wherein the core insulation material comprises slabs of insulation material.
44 . The structural insulated panel of claim 36 , wherein the framing arrangement further defines an inner boundary portion defining an opening in the panel body retaining a window.
45 . The structural insulated panel of claim 44 , wherein the inner boundary portion is attached to at least one of the plurality of crossing frame members.
46 . The structural insulated panel of claim 44 , wherein the inner boundary portion comprises opposed first and second inner frame members extending between and attached to third and fourth inner frame members.
47 . The structural insulated panel of claim 46 , wherein the window is secured to the inner boundary portion by one or more fasteners installed through an outer frame portion of the window and the inner frame members of the inner boundary portion.
48 . A method of constructing a structural insulated panel, the method comprising:
joining first, second, third, and fourth outer frame members and a plurality of crossing frame members to form a frame defining an outer boundary portion and a plurality of cavities;
securing a first panel member to a first side of the frame;
installing insulation material in the plurality of cavities;
securing a second panel member to a second side of the frame to enclose the core insulating material; and
applying a lamina coating to exterior surfaces of the first and second insulating panels;
wherein joining the first, second, third, and fourth outer frame members and the plurality of crossing frame members, comprises receiving end portions of the crossing frame members and the third and fourth frame members between first and second sides of C-shaped cross-sections of the first and second outer frame members.
49 . The method of claim 48 , wherein one of the first and second panel members is an insulating panel member.
50 . The method of claim 48 , wherein one of the first and second panel members comprises extruded polystyrene (EPS).
51 . The method of claim 48 , further comprising embedding a reinforcing mesh in the lamina coating.
52 . The method of claim 48 , further comprising securing outer panel members to outer surfaces of the first, second, third, and fourth outer frame members.
53 . The method of claim 48 , wherein the insulation material comprises extruded polystyrene.
54 . The method of claim 48 , wherein the insulation material comprises slabs of insulation material.
55 . The method of claim 48 , further comprising joining a plurality of inner frame members to one or more of the crossing frame members to define an inner boundary portion of the frame for retaining a window.
