Curb Community Objects with Price-Time Priority Queues for Transformed Curb Capacity Units
Various implementations directed to price time priority queue routing for curb, sidewalk and parking capacity units are provided. Implementations of various methods and systems to transform navigation routes with two waypoints or a destination waypoint or a series sequence of waypoints into objects which have associated price-time priority queues or other prioritizations for transformed curb capacity units and curb capacity unit specifications. The present disclosed invention relates to combining the concepts of objected oriented programming, market price queues, navigation systems and social networking and curb capacity as a fungible asset class or curb capacity as an open market with trading and securitization transformations.
1 . A method, comprising:
receiving space capacity data from at least a subset of a plurality of users, wherein the space capacity data corresponds to space capacities disposed within one or more predetermined areas and configured for one or more vehicle modes, wherein the space capacity data from a respective user comprises data corresponding to a location for a respective space capacity configured for a respective vehicle mode of the respective user;
generating a plurality of space capacity units for at least the subset of the plurality of users based on the space capacity data, wherein a respective space capacity unit for the respective user corresponds to a fungible forward contract for the respective space capacity; and
providing a space capacity forward market platform for trading the plurality of space capacity units, comprising:
receiving market depth data from the plurality of users, wherein the market depth data comprises data indicating a plurality of bid prices and a plurality of offer prices for the plurality of space capacity units; and
transmitting the market depth data to the plurality of users.

The method of claim 1 , wherein the one or more predetermined areas comprise one or more curbside space areas, one or more sidewalk areas, one or more parking areas, one or more roadways, one or more airspace areas, one or more outer space areas, one or more one or more freight areas, one or more loading areas, one or more delivery areas, one or more landing areas, one or more public transit areas, one or more private transit areas, one or more biking areas, one or more scooter areas, one or more marine areas, one or more waterways, one or more seaways, one or more shipping lane areas, or combinations thereof.
3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the respective space capacity comprises a designated space disposed within a respective predetermined area, wherein the designated space comprises a parking space, a delivery space, a hovering space, a loading space, a landing space, or combinations thereof.

The method of claim 1 , wherein the location for the respective space capacity is positioned within a respective predetermined area, wherein the respective predetermined area corresponds to a geofenced area having one or more predetermined latitudes, one or more predetermined longitudes, one or more predetermined altitudes, or combinations thereof.

The method of claim 1 , wherein the one or more vehicle modes comprise one or more automobiles, one or more motorcycles, one or more bicycles, one or more electric bicycles, one or more scooters, one or more electric scooters, one or more buses, one or more subway cars, one or more taxicabs, one or more trains, one or more delivery vehicles, one or more virtual transports, one or more aircraft, one or more spacecraft, one or more watercraft, one or more boats, one or more autonomous vehicles, one or more unmanned aerial vehicles, one or more drones, one or more autonomous robots, one or more delivery robots, or combinations thereof.
6 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
receiving detection data associated with the respective space capacity, wherein the detection data corresponds to data acquired using one or more cameras, one or more sensors, one or more geofence devices, one or more satellite navigation devices, or combinations thereof; and
detecting a vehicle disposed within the respective space capacity based on the detection data; and
determining that the vehicle disposed within the respective space capacity corresponds to the respective vehicle mode and is associated with the respective user.
7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein transmitting the market depth data to the plurality of users comprises:
generating one or more graphical layers based on the space capacity data and the market depth data, wherein the one or more graphical layers are configured to be superimposed onto one or more navigational map interfaces being displayed by one or more user devices associated with least a second subset of the plurality of users; and
transmitting the one or more graphical layers to the one or more user devices.
8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the space capacity data from the respective user further comprises data corresponding to a date when the respective space capacity is available for use, a time when the respective space capacity is available for use, or combinations thereof.
9 . The method of claim 1 , wherein each of the plurality of space capacity units is configured for substitutability with at least one other of the plurality of space capacity units.
10 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the fungible forward contract represented by the respective space capacity unit comprises:
one or more conditional attributes to provide substitutability with another space capacity unit of the plurality of space capacity units;
a plurality of contract specifications, the plurality of contract specifications comprising one or more cost of cover specifications, one or more liquidated damages specifications, one or more force majeure specifications, or combinations thereof; or
combinations thereof.
11 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising determining one or more virtual hubs based on the space capacity data from at least the subset of the plurality of users, wherein the one or more virtual hubs correspond to at least the location for the respective space capacity, and wherein:
the location for the respective space capacity is positioned within or proximate to the one or more virtual hubs;
generating the plurality of space capacity units comprises generating the plurality of space capacity units based on the space capacity data and the one or more virtual hubs; and
transmitting the market depth data to the plurality of users comprises transmitting at least a portion of the market depth data to at least a second subset of the plurality of users based on the one or more virtual hubs.
12 . The method of claim 1 , wherein providing the space capacity forward market platform further comprises:
receiving updated market depth data for the plurality of space capacity units in real time, wherein the updated market depth data comprises data corresponding to one or more updated bid prices and one or more updated offer prices for the plurality of space capacity units; and
transmitting at least a portion of the updated market depth data to at least a second subset of the plurality of users.
13 . The method of claim 1 , wherein transmitting the market depth data to the plurality of users comprises:
receiving term specification data from at least a second subset of the plurality of users, wherein the term specification data indicates one or more selections by at least the second subset of the plurality of users for the availability of the space capacities, wherein the one or more selections comprise a start date, an end date, a usage frequency, or combinations thereof; and
transmitting at least a portion of the market depth data to at least the second subset of the plurality of users based on the term specification data.
14 . The method of claim 1 , wherein transmitting the market depth data to the plurality of users comprises:
receiving constraint data from at least a second subset of the plurality of users, wherein the constraint data indicates a selection by at least the second subset of the plurality of users of one or more conditions for the space capacities, wherein the one or more conditions comprise cheapest route, single mode, multimode, fastest route, most scenic, highest rating, most available, highest volume, most frequent, service level, pollution reduction, emissions reduction, safety and security, group restrictions, or combinations thereof; and
transmitting at least a portion of the market depth data to at least the second subset of the plurality of users based on the constraint data.
15 . The method of claim 1 , wherein transmitting the market depth data to the plurality of users comprises:
determining a bid queue for the plurality of bid prices, comprising ranking the plurality of bid prices in the bid queue from highest price to lowest price, wherein respective bid prices of the same value are ranked by time in the bid queue;
determining an offer queue for the plurality of offer prices, comprising ranking the plurality of offer prices in the offer queue from lowest price to highest price, wherein respective offer prices of the same value are ranked by time in the offer queue; and
transmitting at least a portion of the market depth data to at least a second subset of the plurality of users based on the bid queue, the offer queue, or combinations thereof.
16 . The method of claim 1 , wherein transmitting the market depth data to the plurality of users comprises:
receiving blockchain data corresponding to at least a second subset of the plurality of users; and
transmitting at least a portion of the market depth data to at least the second subset of the plurality of users based on the blockchain data.
17 . The method of claim 1 , wherein:
the market depth data further comprises first data from a first user of the plurality of users, and wherein the first data indicates a first bid price or a first offer price for a first space capacity unit of the plurality of space capacity units; and
the method further comprises receiving transaction input data from a second user of the plurality of users, wherein the transaction input data comprises data indicating an acceptance by the second user of the first bid price or the first offer price for the first space capacity unit.
18 . A computing system, comprising:
one or more processors; and
at least one memory comprising a plurality of program instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to:
receive space capacity data from at least a subset of a plurality of users, wherein the space capacity data corresponds to space capacities disposed within one or more predetermined areas and configured for one or more vehicle modes, wherein the space capacity data from a respective user comprises data corresponding to a location for a respective space capacity configured for a respective vehicle mode of the respective user;
generate a plurality of space capacity units for at least the subset of the plurality of users based on the space capacity data, wherein a respective space capacity unit for the respective user corresponds to a fungible forward contract for the respective space capacity; and
provide a space capacity forward market platform for trading the plurality of space capacity units, comprising:
receive market depth data from the plurality of users, wherein the market depth data comprises data indicating a plurality of bid prices and a plurality of offer prices for the plurality of space capacity units; and
transmit the market depth data to the plurality of users.
19 . The computing system of claim 18 , wherein:
the one or more predetermined areas comprise one or more curbside space areas, one or more sidewalk areas, one or more parking areas, one or more roadways, one or more airspace areas, one or more outer space areas, one or more one or more freight areas, one or more loading areas, one or more delivery areas, one or more landing areas, one or more public transit areas, one or more private transit areas, one or more biking areas, one or more scooter areas, one or more marine areas, one or more waterways, one or more seaways, one or more shipping lane areas, or combinations thereof;
the location for the respective space capacity is positioned within a respective predetermined area, wherein the respective predetermined area corresponds to a geofenced area having one or more predetermined latitudes, one or more predetermined longitudes, one or more predetermined altitudes, or combinations thereof;
the one or more vehicle modes comprise one or more automobiles, one or more motorcycles, one or more bicycles, one or more electric bicycles, one or more scooters, one or more electric scooters, one or more buses, one or more subway cars, one or more taxicabs, one or more trains, one or more delivery vehicles, one or more virtual transports, one or more aircraft, one or more spacecraft, one or more watercraft, one or more boats, one or more autonomous vehicles, one or more unmanned aerial vehicles, one or more drones, one or more autonomous robots, one or more delivery robots, or combinations thereof; or
combinations thereof.
20 . A non-transitory computer-readable medium having stored thereon a plurality of computer-executable instructions which, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to:
receive space capacity data from at least a subset of a plurality of users, wherein the space capacity data corresponds to space capacities disposed within one or more predetermined areas and configured for one or more vehicle modes, wherein the space capacity data from a respective user comprises data corresponding to a location for a respective space capacity configured for a respective vehicle mode of the respective user;
generate a plurality of space capacity units for at least the subset of the plurality of users based on the space capacity data, wherein a respective space capacity unit for the respective user corresponds to a fungible forward contract for the respective space capacity; and
provide a space capacity forward market platform for trading the plurality of space capacity units, comprising:
receive market depth data from the plurality of users, wherein the market depth data comprises data indicating a plurality of bid prices and a plurality of offer prices for the plurality of space capacity units; and
transmit the market depth data to the plurality of users.
