53 . A crystalline salt form of LSD comprising D-LSD free-base and an acid, wherein the acid is maleic acid, phosphoric acid, benzoic acid, or xinafoic acid.
54 . The crystalline salt form of claim 53 , wherein said acid is maleic acid, and said crystalline salt form is characterized by an x-ray powder diffraction pattern (XRPD) obtained by irradiation with Cu Kα x-rays having peaks expressed as 2θ at about 17.4 and about 22.1.
55 . The crystalline salt form of claim 54 , wherein the crystalline salt form is further characterized by one or more XRPD signals expressed as 2θ at about 8.4, about 14.7, or about 15.1.
56 . The crystalline salt form of claim 54 , wherein the crystalline salt form is characterized by an XRPD pattern as shown in FIG. 4 .
57 . The crystalline salt form of claim 54 , wherein the crystalline salt form is further characterized by a TGA pattern as shown in FIG. 34 .
58 . The crystalline salt form of claim 54 , wherein the crystalline salt form is further characterized by a DSC profile as shown in FIG. 34 .

60 . The crystalline salt form of claim 59 , wherein the crystalline salt form is further characterized by one or more XRPD signals expressed as 2θ at about 7.8, about 8.5, about 12.8, or about 15.1.

72 . A method of treating anxiety, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof the crystalline salt form of claim 53 .
73 . A method of treating depression, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof the crystalline salt form of claim 53 .
