Abstract

Provided herein are systems and methods for communicating with user devices over networked environments. A server may provide, to a user device over a communication network, an instruction to present a graphical user interface (GUI) on a user device to prompt a user to input values for event parameters for events on the user device according to a data protocol. The server may receive, from the user device, a plurality of values for a plurality of event parameters The server may determine, based on inputting via the GUI, a metric. The server may apply the plurality of values and the metric into a machine learning model to generate a likelihood to satisfy a target associated with the data protocol. The server may, responsive to the likelihood not satisfying a threshold, transmit a subsequent instruction.

Claims (40)

receive, from a user device, a plurality of values for a set of compliance parameters for events according to a data protocol;

track, based on receiving the plurality of values, a completion status of at least one of the set of compliance parameters corresponding to at least one event corresponding with achieving a target;

determine, based on tracking, a metric associated with a rate or quality of the plurality of values for the set of compliance parameters;

apply the metric into a machine learning model to generate a likelihood to satisfy the target associated with the data protocol, wherein generating the likelihood comprises comparing the metric to a reference metric of a reference set of users;

responsive to the likelihood not satisfying a threshold, modify an instruction type associated with the data protocol; and

transmit to a user device over a communication network, an instruction to prompt a user to interact in accordance with the modified instruction type.

2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein receiving the plurality of values for the set of compliance parameters comprises receiving the plurality of values from one or more wearable devices.

3 . The system of claim 2 , wherein the one or more wearables devices comprise a watch, a ring, an armband, a bracelet, a patch, or any combination thereof.

4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the instruction type comprises interacting with the user device, interacting with a service provider, interacting with a chatbot interface, interacting with a medical provider, inputting one or more values for the set of compliance parameters, reducing a dosing of a medication, or any combination thereof.

5 . The system of claim 4 , wherein the service provider comprises a health coach, nutritionist, dietician, chef-educator, nurse practitioner, physical therapist, kinesiologist, physician, behavioral psychologist, psychiatrist, or any combination thereof.

6 . The system of claim 4 , wherein the medical provider comprises a nurse practitioner, physical therapist, kinesiologist, physician, behavioral psychologist, psychiatrist, or any combination thereof.

7 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one server is further configured to store, in one or more data structures, the plurality of values for the set of compliance parameters.

8 . The system of claim 1 , wherein at least one value of the plurality of values for the set of compliance parameters comprises a Boolean variable or a numerical variable.

9 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the instruction increases the likelihood to satisfy the target associated with the data protocol.

10 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the instruction comprises an indication of a number, degree, or proportion that the user, in one or more of the set of compliance parameters, lags the reference set of users.

11 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one server is further configured to apply the plurality of values and the metric to the machine learning model having one or more weights to (i) identify patterns in user inputs associated with at least one target associated with the data protocol and (ii) generate the likelihood based on the identified patterns.

12 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one server is further configured to present, in response to the likelihood being below the threshold, the instruction in a messaging interface with an automated chatbot on the user device to prompt the user to interact with the user device in accordance with the modified instruction type.

13 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one server is further configured to monitor for the plurality of values for the set of compliance parameters for events.

14 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one server is further configured to validate the set of compliance parameters as associated with the target of the data protocol.

15 . A method for communicating with user devices over networked environments, comprising:

receiving, by a server from a user device, a plurality of values for a set of compliance parameters for events according to a data protocol;

tracking, by the server based on receiving the plurality of values, a completion status of at least one of the set of compliance parameters corresponding to at least one event corresponding with achieving a target;

determining, by the server and based on tracking, a metric associated with a rate or quality of the plurality of values for the set of compliance parameters;

applying, by the server, the metric into a machine learning model to generate a likelihood to satisfy a target associated with the data protocol, wherein generating the likelihood comprises comparing the metric to a reference metric of a reference set of users;

responsive to the likelihood not satisfying a threshold, modifying, by the server, an instruction type associated with the data protocol; and

transmitting, by the server to a user device over a communication network, an instruction to prompt a user to interact in accordance with the instruction type.

16 . The method of claim 15 , wherein receiving the plurality of values for the set of compliance parameters comprises receiving the plurality of values from one or more wearable devices.

17 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the one or more wearables devices comprise a watch, a ring, an armband, a bracelet, a patch, or any combination thereof.

18 . The method of claim 15 , wherein the instruction type comprises interacting with the user device, interacting with a service provider, interacting with a chatbot interface, interacting with a medical provider, inputting one or more values for the set of compliance parameters, reducing a dosing of a medication, or any combination thereof.
