A new Mandevilla plant named ‘Fisrix Dered,’ particularly distinguished by deep red, medium sized flowers, floriferous habit, medium green, glossy leaves, very good branching ability and moderately vigorous, medium to tall, bushy plant habit.

1. A new and distinct variety of Mandevilla plant named ‘Fisrix Dered,’ substantially as illustrated and described herein.
