Abstract

A new and distinct variety of lilac plant having an upright, compact, dense and rounded plant habit, dark colored buds compared to flowers, and having a very strong lilac scent, is disclosed.

1. A new and distinct variety of lilac plant designated ‘GARlisabzar’ as illustrated and described herein.
