Abstract

The present invention is directed to novel polypeptides and to nucleic acid molecules encoding those polypeptides. Also provided herein are vectors and host cells comprising those nucleic acid sequences, chimeric polypeptide molecules comprising the polypeptides of the present invention fused to heterologous polypeptide sequences, antibodies which bind to the polypeptides of the present invention and to methods for producing the polypeptides of the present invention.

Claims (5)

1. An isolated antibody that binds to (a) the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:534, or (b) the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:534 lacking its associated signal peptide, wherein the antibody is an antagonist of phospholipase activity of the polypeptide.

2. The antibody of claim 1 , wherein the antibody is a monoclonal antibody.

3. The antibody of claim 1 , wherein the antibody is a humanized antibody.

4. The antibody of claim 1 , wherein the antibody is a human antibody.

5. The antibody of claim 1 , wherein the antibody is an antibody fragment.
