Abstract

The present invention relates to immunoglobulins that bind FcγRIIb+ cells and coengage the antigen on the cell's surface and an FcγRIIb on the cell's surface, methods for their generation, and methods for using the immunoglobulins.

Claims (4)

1. A variant anti-CD19 antibody comprising:

a light chain comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 7; and

a heavy chain comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 9.

2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the antibody according to claim 1 , and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
