Abstract
Pharmaceutical compositions including N-[2,4-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-5-hydroxyphenyl]-1,4-dihydro-4-oxoquinoline-3-carboxamide (Compound 1) and methods of using such compositions are described herein.
Claims (6)
1. A pharmaceutical composition comprising:
(i) N-(5-hydroxy-2,4-ditert-butyl-phenyl)-4-oxo-1H-quinoline-3-carboxamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
(ii) a liquid PEG which has an average molecular weight of between about 200 and about 600; and
(iii) optionally, PVP.
2. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1 , wherein said PVP has a K-value of about 30 or less.
3. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 2 , wherein said PVP has a K-value of 30.
