Aza-bicyclic compounds and their use as stimulators of soluble guanylate cyclase
The present application relates to novel azabicyclic compounds, processes for their preparation, their use alone or in combinations for the treatment and/or prevention of diseases, and their use for producing medicaments for the treatment and/or prevention of diseases, especially for the treatment and/or prevention of cardiovascular disorders.
1. A compound of formula (I)
L-CH 2 -M-Q (I),
in which
L is phenyl substituted up to twice by halogen,
M is (d)
* is the point of linkage to the —CH 2 -L group,
** is the point of linkage to the Q group,
A is N,
B and D are each CH, and
Q is an unsaturated 6-membered heterocycle having up to four heteroatoms, which may be substituted up to four times by —NH 2 , or a salt, an N-oxide, or salt of an N-oxide thereof.
2. 6-[1-(2-Fluorobenzyl)-1H-imidazo[2,1-c][1,2,4]triazol-3-yl]-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diamine:
or a salt, an N-oxide, or salt of an N-oxide thereof.
3. 6-[1-(2-Fluorobenzyl)-1H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-c][1,2,4]triazol-3-yl]-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diamine:
or a salt, an N-oxide, or salt of an N-oxide thereof.
4. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 1 , 2 , or 3 in combination with an inert, non-toxic pharmaceutically suitable excipient.
5. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 4 further comprising an active ingredient selected from the group consisting of organic nitrates, NO donors, cGMP-PDE inhibitors, agents having antithrombotic activity, agents lowering blood pressure, and agents altering lipid metabolism.
