Abstract

Nucleic acids encoding various monocyte-derived proteins and related compositions, including purified proteins and specific antibodies are described. Methods of using such composition are also provided.

Claims (4)

1. A method of screening for compounds having binding affinity for a polypeptide consisting of the amino acid sequence of residues 1 - 210 of SEQ ID NO: 6 , said method comprising:

a) contacting test compounds with the polypeptide; and

b) selecting those test compounds that bind the polypeptide.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the test compounds are antibodies.
