Abstract

A system and method facilitating the management of current and prospective customers and customer information is provided. The invention includes an aggregation system adapted to provide management and generation of current and prospective customers. The invention further provides management of current and prospective customer information. Additionally, the aggregation system provides for generating advertisements based at least in part upon market information. Finally, the present invention also includes a printstream aggregation method facilitating the printing of print orders.

Claims (53)

1. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having embodied thereon a program, the program being executable by a processor to perform a method for providing computer-generated offers based on profile data, the method comprising:

maintaining a list of users for prospective purchase of a good or service;

maintaining a user profile of a user from the list of users, wherein the user profile includes data collected about the user from a registration, feedback provided online by the user, and search criteria provided by the user;

tracking an item presented to the user that was not purchased;

tracking an item purchased by the user;

determining a correlation between the data included in the user profile, the non-purchase of at least one good or service, and the purchase of at least one good or service;

presenting a new offer to the user based, at least in part, on the correlation; and

allowing the user to search for information related to additional offers for a corresponding good or service, the additional offers received over a wireless network and presented on a computing device.

2. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 1 , further comprising displaying information to a seller related to additional offers of the seller.

3. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 1 , wherein the information related to additional offers includes a computer-generated update in real-time.

4. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 1 , wherein the information related to additional offers includes revenues and customers associated with the seller.

5. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 1 , wherein the information related to additional offers includes price trend information.

6. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 1 , wherein the search criteria includes information related to a preferred brand.

7. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 1 , further comprising comparing the presented offer that was not purchased to an additional offer that was purchased by the user.

8. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 7 , wherein the comparison of the presented offer that was not purchased to the additional offer that was purchased by the user is used to update the user profile.

The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 7 , wherein the comparison of the presented offer that was not purchased to the additional offer that was purchased by the user is used to update market information correlating to a future probability of purchase by a potential customer.

10. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 1 , wherein the user profile includes information derived from a computer-generated inference.

11. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 1 , further comprising analyzing keywords used by the user.

12. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 11 , wherein the analysis of keywords is used to update the user profile.

13. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 11 , wherein the analysis of keywords is used in determining a probability of purchase of the good or service by the user.

14. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 11 , wherein the analysis of keywords is used in presenting the additional offers.

15. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 2 , wherein at least on item or offer presented is in an email to the user.

16. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 2 , wherein the correlation is a connection.

17. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 16 , wherein the predetermined price is set by a party providing the good or service.

18. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 16 , wherein the predetermined price is set by a third-party facilitating the sale of the good or service, but not directly providing the good or service.

19. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 1 , wherein the presented offer relies on variable pricing.

20. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 1 , wherein the correlation is a result of an applied filtering or predictive method.

21. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 19 , wherein the variable pricing relies in part on the user profile.

22. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 1 , further comprising presenting at least one advertisement based upon an inferred interest associated with the search criteria provided by the user.

23. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 22 wherein the inferred interest is a brand determined to be of interest to the user.

24. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 1 , wherein the tracked purchases are purchased via a method of payment associated with the user.

25. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 24 , wherein the method of payment is a credit card.

26. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 1 , wherein the presented new offer is offered at a static price.

27. A method for providing computer-generated offers based on profile data, the method comprising:

storing computer executable instructions in memory of a computing device; and

executing instructions stored in the memory, wherein the instructions are executable by a processor to:

maintain a list of users for prospective purchase of a good or service;

maintain a user profile of a user from the list of users, wherein the user profile includes data collected about the user from a registration, feedback provided online by the user, and search criteria provided by the user;

track an item presented to the user that was not purchased;

track an item purchased by the user;

determine a correlation between the data included in the user profile, the non-purchase of at least one good or service, and the purchase of at least one good or service;

present a new offer to the user based, at least in part, on the correlation; and

allow the user to search for information related to additional offers for a corresponding good or service, the additional offers received over a wireless network and presented on the computing device.

28. A system for providing computer-generated offers based on profile data, the system comprising:

a non-transitory computer memory that stores computer executable instructions; and

a processor that executes the computer executable instructions stored in memory to:

maintain a list of users for prospective purchase of a good or service;

maintain a user profile of a user from the list of users, wherein the user profile includes data collected about the user from a registration, feedback provided online by the user, and search criteria provided by the user;

track an item presented to the user that was not purchased;

track an item purchased by the user;

determine a correlation between the data included in the user profile, the non-purchase of at least one good or service, and the purchase of at least one good or service;

present a new offer to the user based, at least in part, on the correlation; and

allow the user to search for information related to additional offers for a corresponding good or service, the additional offers received over a wireless network and presented on a computing device.
