Abstract

A sewing machine includes a temporal memory that stores stitchwork data currently stitched, and a first CRC data converter unit that converts the stitchwork data into unique codes. A stitchwork status checking apparatus includes a temporal memory that stores stitchwork data, a second CRC data converter unit that converts the stitchwork data stored in the local temporal memory into unique codes, and a CRC data converter unit that compares the codes converted by the first CRC data converter unit with the codes converted by the second CRC data converter unit. The stitchwork data stored in the temporal memory of the stitchwork status checking apparatus is the stitchwork data currently stitched by the sewing machine and transferred via a wireless network.

Claims (31)

1. A stitchwork status checking system comprising:

a sewing machine; and

a stitchwork status checking apparatus that checks a stitchwork status of a stitchwork pattern selected and currently stitched by the sewing machine, wherein:

the sewing machine comprises:

a first memory that stores stitchwork data currently stitched; and

a first code converter unit that converts the stitchwork data into a first unique code,

the stitchwork status checking apparatus comprises:

a second memory that stores stitchwork data;

a second code converter unit that converts the stitchwork data stored in the second memory of the stitchwork status checking apparatus into a second unique code; and

a code comparator unit that compares the first unique code converted by the first code converter unit with the second unique code converted by the second code converter unit, and

the stitchwork data stored in the second memory of the stitchwork status checking apparatus is the stitchwork data currently stitched by the sewing machine and transferred via a wireless network.

2. The stitchwork status checking system according to claim 1 , wherein the first code converter unit and the second code converter unit each converts the stitchwork data into data with a small data size.

3. The stitchwork status checking system according to claim 1 , wherein the first code converter unit and the second code converter unit each converts the stitchwork data into CRC data.

4. A stitchwork status checking apparatus that checks a stitchwork status of a stitchwork pattern selected and currently stitched by a sewing machine, the stitchwork status checking apparatus comprising:

a memory that stores stitchwork data;

a code converter unit that converts the stitchwork data stored in the memory of the stitchwork status checking apparatus into a second unique code;

a status data receiver unit that receives a first unique code converted from stitchwork data currently stitched by the sewing machine; and

a code comparator unit that compares the second unique code converted by the code converter unit with the first unique code received by the status data receiver unit,

wherein the stitchwork data stored in the memory of the stitchwork status checking apparatus is stitchwork data currently stitched by the sewing machine and transferred via a wireless network.

5. A stitchwork status checking method by a stitchwork status checking apparatus that checks a stitchwork status of a stitchwork pattern selected and currently stitched by a sewing machine, the stitchwork status checking method comprising:

a memory step for storing stitchwork data;

a code converting step for converting the stored stitchwork data into a second unique code;

a status data receiving step for receiving a first unique code converted from stitchwork data currently stitched by the sewing machine; and

a code comparing step for comparing the second unique code converted through the code converting step with the first unique code received through the status data receiving step,

wherein the stored stitchwork data is stitchwork data currently stitched by the sewing machine and transferred via a wireless network.

A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a control program for a computer that controls a stitchwork status checking apparatus that checks a stitchwork status of a stitchwork pattern selected and currently stitched by a sewing machine, the control program causing the computer to execute:

a memory step for storing stitchwork data;

a code converting step for converting the stored stitchwork data into a second unique code;

a status data receiving step for receiving a first unique code converted from stitchwork data currently stitched by the sewing machine; and

a code comparing step for comparing the second unique code converted through the code converting step with the first unique code received through the status data receiving step,

wherein the stored stitchwork data is stitchwork data currently stitched by the sewing machine and transferred via a wireless network.
