Abstract

Disclosed are compounds having the formula: wherein X, Y, Z 1 , Z 2 , Z 3 , Z 4 , R 5 , R A , m, A, L, and B are as defined herein, and methods of making and using the same.

Claims (22)

1. A compound which is:

or a tautomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound, or tautomer thereof, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to claim 1 and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.

3. A method of treating ulcerative colitis comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the compound, or tautomer thereof, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to claim 1 to a human in need thereof.

4. A method of treating Crohn's disease comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the compound, or tautomer thereof, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to claim 1 to a human in need thereof.

5. A method of treating rheumatoid arthritis comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the compound, or tautomer thereof, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to claim 1 to a human in need thereof.

6. A method of treating psoriasis comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the compound, or tautomer thereof, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to claim 1 to a human in need thereof.

7. A method of treating spondyloarthritis comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the compound, or tautomer thereof, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to claim 1 to a human in need thereof.

8. A method of treating SoJIA comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the compound, or tautomer thereof, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to claim 1 to a human in need thereof.

9. A method of treating osteoarthritis comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the compound, or tautomer thereof, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to claim 1 to a human in need thereof.

10. A method of treating multiple sclerosis comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the compound, or tautomer thereof, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to claim 1 to a human in need thereof.

11. A compound which is:

or a tautomer thereof.

12. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound, or a tautomer thereof, according to claim 11 and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.

13. A method of treating ulcerative colitis comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the compound according to claim 11 to a human in need thereof.

14. A method of treating Crohn's disease comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the compound, or tautomer thereof, according to claim 11 to a human in need thereof.

15. A method of treating rheumatoid arthritis comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the compound, or tautomer thereof, according to claim 11 to a human in need thereof.

16. A method of treating psoriasis comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the compound, or tautomer thereof, according to claim 11 to a human in need thereof.

17. A method of treating spondyloarthritis comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the compound according to claim 11 to a human in need thereof.

18. A method of treating SoJIA comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the compound according to claim 11 to a human in need thereof.

20. A method of treating multiple sclerosis comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the compound, or tautomer thereof, according to claim 11 to a human in need thereof.
