Substrate for organic electronic device
Provided are a substrate for an organic electronic device, an organic electronic device and lighting. As a substrate for an OED such as an OLED, a substrate capable of providing an organic electronic system having excellent performance and reliability may be provided.
1. An organic electronic device, comprising:
a substrate; and
a first electrode layer, an organic layer comprising an emitting layer, and a second electrode layer, which are sequentially formed on the substrate;
wherein the substrate comprises:
a base layer;
a high refractive layer that is on the base layer, that comprises a binder, of which a refractive index is 1.4 or more, and that comprises a particle, of which a refractive index is more than 2.3 in an amount of 300 parts by weight or less, relative to 100 parts by weight of the binder; and
a scattering layer between the base layer and the high refractive layer; and
wherein the high refractive layer has a smaller projected area than that of the first electrode layer, and the first electrode layer is formed on both of the high refractive layer and the base layer in which the high refractive layer is not formed.
2. The organic electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the maximum height roughness of a surface, that is opposite to a surface contacting with the base layer, of the high refractive layer is 1 μm or less.
3. The organic electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the high refractive layer has a refractive index in the range from 1.8 to 2.5.
4. The organic electronic device of claim 1 , wherein a refractive index of the binder is 1.4 or more and also less than 1.7.
5. The organic electronic device of claim 4 , wherein the high refractive layer comprises the particles in an amount of 180 to 200 parts by weight, relative to 100 parts by weight of the binder.
6. The organic electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the binder has a refractive index in the range from 1.7 to 2.0.
7. The organic electronic device of claim 6 , wherein the high refractive layer comprises the particles in an amount of 80 to 150 parts by weight, relative to 100 parts by weight of the binder.
8. The organic electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the binder is polysiloxane, poly(amic acid) or polyimide.
9. The organic electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the particles have an average diameter in the range from 1 nm to 50 nm.
10. The organic electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the particle is a rutile titanium oxide.
11. The organic electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the high refractive layer further comprises a particle, of which a refractive index in from 2.0 to 2.3.
12. The organic electronic device of claim 11 , wherein the particle, of which a refractive index is from 2.0 to 2.3, is anatase titanium oxide.
13. The organic electronic device of claim 11 , wherein a ratio (AB) of a weight (A) of the particle, of which a refractive index is more than 2.3, and a weight (B) of the particle, of which a refractive index is from 2.0 to 2.3, is from 0.5 to 1.5.
14. Lighting comprising the organic electronic device of claim 1 .
15. A substrate for an organic electronic device, comprising:
a base layer;
a high refractive layer that is on the base layer, that comprises a binder, of which a refractive index is 1.4 or more, and that comprises a particle, of which a refractive index is more than 2.3 in an amount of 300 parts by weight or less, relative to 100 parts by weight of the binder;
a scattering layer between the base layer and the high refractive layer; and
an electrode layer formed on the high refractive layer;
wherein the high refractive layer has a smaller projected area than that of the electrode layer, and the electrode layer is formed on both of the high refractive layer and the base layer, below which the high refractive layer is not formed.
