Abstract

A system and process for mixing and distributing building materials. This system and process can also include a way or a means for calibrating the mixing of these materials. This system and process can also include a system for tracking the materials that flow through the system, and for controlling the type of material used in the system.

Claims (39)

1. A mobile feeding system for cement comprising:

a) a container;

b) a transport device coupled to said container, said transport device being configured to be coupled to a vehicle wherein said container is disposed on said transport device;

c) a first holding bin substantially disposed in said container;

d) a second holding bin substantially disposed in said container;

e) at least one feed tube disposed in said container and coupled to said first holding bin;

f) at least one feed tube disposed in said container and coupled to said second holding bin;

g) at least one pre-mixer disposed in said container and configured to receive materials from said at least one feed tube coupled to said first holding bin, and from said at least one feed tube coupled to said second holding bin; and

h) at least one continuous mixer, disposed in said container below said at least one pre-mixer and configured to receive an output of said at least one pre-mixer and configured to hold said components from said at least one pre-mixer;

i) at least one fluid supply disposed within said container;

j) at least one mixing bin disposed within said container and below said at least one continuous mixer, said at least one mixing bin configured to receive fluid from said at least one fluid supply and configured to mix said components from said at least one continuous mixer with said fluid in said mixing bin;

k) at least one pump disposed in said container and coupled to said at least one mixing bin, said at least one pump configured to distribute mixed cement to a site.

2. The mobile feeding system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said transport device comprises a flat bed with a connection element configured to connect the flat bed to said vehicle and wherein said vehicle comprises a motor vehicle.

3. The mobile feeding system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said at least one pre-mixer further comprises mixing elements.

4. The mobile feeding system as claimed in claim 3 , wherein said mixing elements of said pre-mixer comprise paddles.

5. The mobile feeding system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said at least one continuous mixer further comprises mixing elements.

6. The mobile feeding system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said mixing elements of said continuous mixer comprise paddles.

7. The mobile feeding system as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising at least one scale disposed within said container, said scale configured to weigh at least one of said first holding bin and said second holding bin, said at least one scale being configured to weigh material in the holding bin.

8. The mobile feeding system as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising at least one computer system disposed within said container, said computer system being configured to read information from said at least one scale and to determine an amount of material fed from at least one of said first holding bin and said second holding bin.

9. The mobile feeding system as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising an air pump, and a particulate holding bin, said air pump being coupled to at least one of said first holding bin and said second holding bin, said air pump being configured to pump particulate matter away from at least one of said first holding bin and said second holding bin.

10. The mobile feeding system as claimed in claim 9 , wherein said air pump comprises a vacuum system which is configured to recycle said particulate matter back into the system.

11. The mobile feeding system as claimed in claim 3 , further comprising at least one control panel which is configured to control said mixing elements of said pre-mixer and said continuous mixer, and at least one wireless transceiver, which is configured to communicate with a remote computer, and which allows said remote computer to control said at least one control panel.

12. The mobile feeding system as claimed in claim 11 , further comprising a water cooling system configured to cool the water before it is supplied to said at least one continuous mixer.

13. The mobile feeding system as in claim 12 , further comprising at least one scanner which is configured to read or scan a tag on a container of building materials.

14. The mobile feeding system as in claim 9 , wherein said scanner is in communication with said control panel and is configured to unlock at least one mixing operation controlled by said control panel.

15. The mobile feeding system as in claim 9 , wherein said scanner is configured to communicate with said control panel at least one security code read by said scanner, and wherein said control panel is configured to communicate said at least one security code to a remote server to unlock at least one mixing operation controlled by said control panel.

16. The mobile feeding system as in claim 15 , wherein said mixing operation comprises said control panel controlling a mixing and distribution of a pre-set amount of volume through the system.

17. A mobile feeding system for cement comprising:

a) a container;

b) a transport device coupled to said container, said transport device being configured to be coupled to a vehicle wherein said container is disposed on said transport device;

c) a first holding bin substantially disposed in said container;

d) a second holding bin substantially disposed in said container;

e) at least one feed tube disposed in said container and coupled to said first holding bin;

f) at least one feed tube disposed in said container and coupled to said second holding bin;

g) at least one pre-mixer disposed in said container and configured to receive dry materials from said at least one feed tube coupled to said first holding bin, and from said at least one feed tube coupled to said second holding bin; and

h) at least one continuous mixer, disposed in said container below said at least one pre-mixer and configured to receive an output of said at least one pre-mixer and configured to hold said components from said at least one pre-mixer;

i) at least one fluid supply disposed within said container;

j) at least one mixing bin disposed within said container and below said at least one continuous mixer, said at least one mixing bin configured to receive fluid from said at least one fluid supply and configured to mix said components from said at least one continuous mixer with said fluid in said mixing bin wherein the self-contained mobile feeding system is configured to perform at least two different mixing stages, at least a first dry mixing stage and at least a second wet mixing stage;
