said support structure being configured to symmetrically lie on the user with said two opposite ends in close proximity to each other at the neck of the user,

a removably mounted electronics package,

a pair of ear buds connected to the support structure, and

a receiving cavity defined as a recess in the support structure, said receiving cavity being sized to have the removably mounted electronics package inserted into said receiving cavity, said receiving cavity being located approximately midway between said two opposite ends, at a rear side of the support structure,

said recess including electrical pads located in said receiving cavity and said electrical pads being configured to interengage with the removably mounted electronics package when the removably mounted electronics package is positioned in said receiving cavity to provide electrical communication with electrical components of said support structure.

2. The shoulder support structure according to claim 1 , wherein the pair of ear buds is connected to the support structure by a wire for each ear bud.

3. The shoulder support structure according to claim 1 , wherein a wire for each ear bud is connected to a spool, the wire is extendible from and retractable onto the spool.

4. The shoulder support structure according to claim 1 , wherein the electronics package is a cell phone.

5. The shoulder support structure according to claim 1 , wherein the electronics package is an MP3 player.

6. The shoulder support structure according to claim 1 , wherein said support structure includes a microphone.

7. The shoulder support structure according to claim 1 , wherein a video display is connected to said support structure.

8. The shoulder support structure according to claim 1 , wherein said support structure is foldable.

9. The shoulder support structure according to claim 1 , wherein said support structure is C-shaped.

10. The shoulder support structure according to claim 1 , wherein said support structure is polygonal shaped.

11. The shoulder support structure according to claim 1 , wherein said support structure has a height of equal to or less than 15 cm.

12. The shoulder support structure according to claim 11 , wherein said support structure has the height of equal to or less than 11 cm.

13. The shoulder support structure according to claim 12 , wherein said support structure has the height of equal to or less than 7 cm.
