Abstract
Compounds, compositions and methods are provided for modulating the activity of RAF kinases, including BRAF kinase and for the treatment, prevention, or amelioration of one or more symptoms of disease or disorder mediated by RAF kinases.
Claims (3)
1. A compound which is
or a salt thereof.
2. A method of preparing the compound of claim 1 , or a salt thereof, comprising allowing 5,5,5-trifluoro-4,4-dimethyl-3-oxopentanenitrile to react with hydroxylamine, or a salt thereof.
