Abstract

Fibrous structures that exhibit a Geometric Mean Modulus (GM Modulus) of less than 1402.4 g/cm at 15 g/cm as measured according to the Modulus Test Method described herein and a Geometric Mean Elongation (GM Elongation or GM Elong) of less than 10.2% measured according to the Elongation Test Method described herein are provided.

Claims (12)

1. An embossed, creped fibrous structure that exhibits a GM Tangent Modulus of less than 1700 g/cm at 15 g/cm as measured according to the Modulus Test Method and a GM Elongation of less than 14.9% as measured according to the Elongation Test Method.

2. The fibrous structure according to claim 1 wherein the fibrous structure exhibits a GM Modulus of less than 1600 g/cm at 15 g/cm as measured according the Modulus Test Method.

3. The fibrous structure according to claim 2 wherein the fibrous structure exhibits a GM Modulus of less than 1500 g/cm at 15 g/cm as measured according the Modulus Test Method.

4. The fibrous structure according to claim 3 wherein the fibrous structure exhibits a GM Modulus of less than 1402.4 g/cm at 15 g/cm as measured according the Modulus Test Method.

5. The fibrous structure according to claim 1 wherein the fibrous structure exhibits a GM Elongation of less than 14% as measured according the Elongation Test Method.

6. The fibrous structure according to claim 5 wherein the fibrous structure exhibits a GM Elongation of less than 13% as measured according the Elongation Test Method.

7. The fibrous structure according to claim 6 wherein the fibrous structure exhibits a GM Elongation of less than 12% as measured according the Elongation Test Method.

8. The fibrous structure according to claim 1 wherein the fibrous structure comprises cellulosic pulp fibers.

9. The fibrous structure according to claim 1 wherein the fibrous structure comprises a through-air-dried fibrous structure.

10. The fibrous structure according to claim 1 wherein the fibrous structure exhibits a basis weight of greater than 15 gsm to about 120 gsm as measured according to the Basis Weight Test Method.

11. The fibrous structure according to claim 1 wherein the fibrous structure is a sanitary tissue product.

12. The fibrous structure according to claim 1 wherein the fibrous structure is a multi-ply fibrous structure.
