Abstract
Compounds are provided according to Formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions thereof; wherein X, Y, R 1 , R 2a , R 2b , R 4a , R 4b , R 5a , R 5b , R 6a , R 6b , R 7 , and R 8 are as defined herein. Compounds of the present invention are contemplated useful for the prevention and treatment of a variety of conditions.
