Abstract

A test reagent includes a reactant and a sheet-shaped member. The reactant is in a dry state and specifically reacts with a test substance. The sheet-shaped member holds the reactant and disperses in a solvent solution in which the reactant dissolves.

Claims (26)

1. A test reagent kit comprising:

a test reagent comprising a reactant and a sheet-shaped member, wherein the reactant is in a dry state and specifically reacts with a test substance, and the sheet-shaped member holds the reactant, disperses in a solvent solution, and is a fibrous substance that is not concerned in the reaction between the test substance and the reactant;

a container comprising a storage vessel and a nozzle, the storage vessel being configured to store the solvent solution and in which the test reagent is to be put; and

a filter stored in the container between the storage vessel and the nozzle, and configured to separate the dispersed sheet-shaped member dispersed in the solvent solution from a solution mixture of the test reagent and the test substance put in the solvent solution,

wherein the nozzle is configured to externally pour a measurement solution in which the sheet-shaped member is separated from the solution mixture by the filter.

2. The test reagent kit according to claim 1 , wherein the fibrous substance that is not concerned in the reaction between the test substance and the reactant is one of a substance containing cellulose and a water soluble resin.

3. The test reagent kit according to claim 1 , wherein the reactant comprises an antibody that combines with the test substance serving as an antigen.

4. The test reagent kit according to claim 1 , wherein the reactant is immobilized on a fine particle, and the fine particle is held by the sheet-shaped member.

5. The test reagent kit according to claim 4 , wherein the fine particle comprises one of a magnetic particle, a latex particle, and a gold colloid particle.

6. The test reagent kit according to claim 1 , wherein the reactant is labeled by a chemiluminescent substance.

7. The test reagent kit according to claim 1 , wherein the reactant generates a substance that absorbs light in a predetermined wavelength region by the reaction with the test substance.

8. The test reagent kit according to claim 1 , wherein the storage vessel is made of a soft material and configured to be pressed to expel measurement solution from the nozzle.

9. A specimen measuring system that measures the test substance using the measurement solution flowing out from the nozzle included in the test reagent kit of claim 1 .

10. The specimen measuring system according to claim 9 , comprising a reaction chamber in which a solution is injected,

wherein the test reagent is put in the solvent solution,

the sheet-shaped member dispersed in the solvent solution is separated by the filter, and

the nozzle pours the measurement solution.

11. The specimen measuring system according to claim 10 , wherein the reactant comprises an antibody that is immobilized on a magnetic particle and combines with the test substance serving as an antigen, and

an optical waveguide is provided as one surface of the reaction chamber.

12. The specimen measuring system according to claim 11 , further comprising:

magnetic field applying circuitry configured to apply a magnetic field to the reaction chamber; and

analyzing circuitry configured to analyze a change of a physical value between light propagated through the optical waveguide before the magnetic field is applied and light propagated through the optical waveguide after the magnetic field is applied.

13. The specimen measuring system according to claim 9 , further comprising:

a reagent storage configured to hold a vessel storing the test reagent;

a first reagent dispensing probe configured to dispense the solvent solution into the vessel; and

a second reagent dispensing probe configured to dispense the solution, into a reaction vessel, from the vessel in which the solvent solution has been dispensed.
