Abstract

A panel bottom assembly includes a light-blocker with first concave patterns formed on a top surface thereof. A vibration acoustic device is disposed below, and coupled to, the light-blocker. A buffer is disposed below the light-blocker. A bonding is disposed between the light-blocker and the vibration acoustic device. The bonding has second concave patterns formed on a top surface thereof. The second concave patterns are different from the first concave patterns.

Claims (50)

1. A panel bottom assembly, comprising:

a light-blocker having first concave patterns formed on a top surface thereof;

a buffer disposed on a bottom surface of the light-blocker; and

a bonding having a top surface coupled to a second surface of the light-blocker, the bonding not overlapping the buffer, the bonding having second concave patterns formed on a top surface thereof,

wherein a first volume per unit area of a first air passage between the top surface and the bottom surface of the light-blocker by the first concave patterns is smaller than a second volume per unit area of a second air passage between the top surface and a bottom surface of the bonding by the second concave patterns.

2. The panel bottom assembly of claim 1 , wherein an area of the top surface of the second air passage that is in contact with the light-blocker is within a range of 10% to 30% of an area of the top surface of the bonding.

3. The panel bottom assembly of claim 1 , wherein a first depth of the first concave patterns of the light-blocker in a thickness direction of the light-blocker is smaller than a second depth of the second concave patterns in the thickness direction.

4. The panel bottom assembly of claim 1 , wherein the bonding is a double-sided adhesive tape.

5. The panel bottom assembly of claim 1 ,

wherein the bonding is disposed between the light-blocker and the buffer, and

wherein the second concave patterns do not overlap the buffer.

6. The panel bottom assembly of claim 1 , wherein a first width of the first concave patterns in one direction parallel to the top surface of the light-blocker is smaller than a second width of the second concave patterns in the one direction.

7. The panel bottom, assembly of claim 6 , wherein the second width of the second concave patterns in the one direction is within a range of 5% to 15% of a width of convex patterns defined by the second concave patterns.

8. The panel bottom assembly of claim 1 , further comprising: a vibration acoustic device on the bottom surface of the bonding, wherein the buffer does not overlap the vibration acoustic device.

9. The panel bottom assembly of claim 7 , wherein the light-blocker includes:

a substrate;

a first light-blocking layer disposed on a top surface of the substrate and at least partially overlapping the vibration acoustic device;

a top bonding layer disposed on a top surface of the first light-blocking layer; and

a second light-blocking layer at least partially overlapping the vibration acoustic device,

wherein the second light-blocking layer is disposed on a bottom surface of the substrate, and

wherein each of the bonding and the vibration acoustic device is disposed below the second light blocking layer.

10. The panel bottom assembly of claim 7 , further comprising:

are interlayer bonding disposed between the light-blocker and the buffer and spaced apart from the bonding,

wherein the interlayer bonding does not overlap the vibration acoustic device.

11. A panel bottom assembly, comprising:

a light-blocker having first concave patterns formed on a top surface thereof;

a buffer disposed on a bottom surface of the light-blocker; and

a bonding coupled to the light-blocker, the bonding not overlapping the buffer,

wherein the bonding includes:

a substrate having convex patterns formed on a top surface thereof,

a first adhesive layer disposed on a top surface of the substrate and having second concave patterns formed on a top surface thereof, and

a second adhesive layer disposed on a bottom surface of the substrate, and

wherein the convex patterns are substantially aligned with the second concave patterns.

12. The panel bottom assembly of claim 11 , wherein the convex patterns are arranged repeatedly and are isolated from each other.

13. The panel bottom assembly of claim 11 , wherein the convex patterns extend in a first direction and are arranged repeatedly ins a second direction which intersects the first direction.

14. The panel bottom assembly of claim 11 , wherein the second concave patterns of the first bonding and the convex patterns intersect each other and form an air passage that is of a mesh structure.

15. The panel bottom assembly of claim 14 , wherein the mesh structure has a fabric structure, and wherein

the bonding includes first lines extending in a first direction and arranged in a second direction which intersects the first direction, and

the bonding further includes second lines extending in the second direction and arranged in the first direction and crossing the first lines.

16. The panel bottom assembly of claim 11 , further comprising:

a vibration acoustic device on a bottom surface of the bonding,

wherein the buffer does not overlap the vibration acoustic device.

17. The panel bottom assembly of claim 16 , wherein the vibration acoustic device includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and a vibration material layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, and wherein the vibration material layer includes a piezoelectric body, a piezoelectric film, and/or an electro active polymer.
