Abstract

A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may receive one or more physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmissions and each PDSCH transmission may be associated with downlink control information (DCI) and a group of PDSCH transmissions. Further, the WTRU may determine a first group or a second group based on an indication received in DCI associated with at least one of the PDSCH transmissions. Then, the WTRU may generate hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ)-acknowledgment (ACK) feedback for data received in one or more PDSCH transmissions associated with the determined group. Moreover, the WTRU may transmit the HARQ-ACK feedback. In an example, the DCI which includes the indication may schedule a plurality of PDSCH transmissions included in the determined group. In another example, the DCI which includes the indication may further include a first codepoint mapped to the first group or a second codepoint mapped to the second group.

Claims (28)

1. A wireless transmit receive unit (WTRU) comprising a processor and a memory configured to:

receive downlink control information (DCI) associated with one or more physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmissions, the DCI comprising:

an indication of a feedback group assigned to the one or more PDSCH transmission, and scheduling information associated with the feedback group;

receive a first PDSCH transmission of the one or more PDSCH transmission; and

transmit hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback for the first PDSCH transmission based on the feedback group assigned to the one or more PDSCH transmissions, wherein the HARQ feedback for the first PDSCH transmission is transmitted according to the scheduling information associated with the feedback group assigned to the one or more PDSCH transmissions.

2. The WTRU of claim 1 , wherein the processor and the memory are further configured to:

receive a second PDSCH transmission of the one or more PDSCH transmission; and

determine whether to multiplex the HARQ feedback associated with the first PDSCH transmission and HARQ feedback associated with the second PDSCH transmission based on the received DCI, wherein the HARQ feedback associated with the first PDSCH transmission and the HARQ feedback associated with the second PDSCH transmission are multiplexed on a condition that the received DCI indicates that the HARQ feedback associated with the first PDSCH transmission and the HARQ feedback associated with the second PDSCH transmission should be multiplexed.

3. The WTRU of claim 2 , wherein the second PDSCH transmission is associated with a second feedback group.

4. The WTRU of claim 2 , wherein the first and second PDSCH transmissions are received over a same carrier.

5. The WTRU of claim 1 , wherein the received DCI further comprises an indication of a codebook associated with each of the respective feedback groups.

6. The WTRU of claim 1 , wherein the scheduling information indicates one or more physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resources for transmitting feedback for feedback group.

7. The WTRU of claim 1 , wherein the HARQ feedback associated with the first PDSCH transmission is transmitted using an unlicensed band.

8. The WTRU of claim 1 , wherein the DCI associated with the one or more PDSCH transmissions further comprises a request for uplink control information.

9. A method comprising:

receiving downlink control information (DCI) associated with one or more physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmissions, the DCI comprising:

an indication of a feedback group assigned to the one or more PDSCH transmission, and scheduling information associated with the feedback group;

receiving a first PDSCH transmission of the one or more PDSCH transmission; and

transmitting hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback for the first PDSCH transmission based on the feedback group assigned to the one or more PDSCH transmissions, wherein the HARQ feedback for the first PDSCH transmission is transmitted according to the scheduling information associated with the feedback group assigned to the one or more PDSCH transmissions.

10. The method of claim 9 , further comprising:

receiving a second PDSCH transmission of the one or more PDSCH transmission; and

determining whether to multiplex the HARQ feedback associated with the first PDSCH transmission and HARQ feedback associated with the second PDSCH transmission based on the received DCI, wherein the HARQ feedback associated with the first PDSCH transmission and the HARQ feedback associated with the second PDSCH transmission are multiplexed on a condition that the received DCI indicates that the HARQ feedback associated with the first PDSCH transmission and the HARQ feedback associated with the second PDSCH transmission should be multiplexed.

11. The method of claim 10 , wherein the second PDSCH transmission is associated with a second feedback group.

12. The method of claim 10 , wherein the first and second PDSCH transmissions are received over a same carrier.

13. The method of claim 9 , wherein the received DCI further comprises an indication of a codebook associated with each of the respective feedback groups.

14. The method of claim 9 , wherein the scheduling information indicates one or more physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resources for transmitting feedback for feedback group.

15. The method of claim 9 , wherein the HARQ feedback associated with the first PDSCH transmission is transmitted using an unlicensed band.

16. The method of claim 9 , wherein the DCI associated with the one or more PDSCH transmissions further comprises a request for uplink control information.
