Abstract

Configurations of a user equipment and an apparatus provided in a user equipment, and a method used in a user equipment, receive from a base station, for each bandwidth part of a plurality of bandwidth parts provided in a bandwidth of one carrier, information indicating a frequency location of the bandwidth part and information indicating a subcarrier spacing applied to the corresponding bandwidth part, receive from the base station, information indicating a use condition of a predetermined bandwidth part included in the plurality of bandwidth parts. In response to determining that the use condition is satisfied, the configurations and method use the predetermined bandwidth part.

Claims (14)

1. A user equipment comprising:

a processor and a memory coupled to the processor, the processor configured to:

receive from a base station via dedicated signaling, information indicating a plurality of bandwidth parts configured to the user equipment, the plurality of bandwidth parts provided in a bandwidth of one carrier, the information including, for each bandwidth part of the plurality of bandwidth parts, information indicating a frequency location of the bandwidth part and information indicating a subcarrier spacing applied to the corresponding bandwidth part,

receive from the base station via dedicated signaling, information indicating a use condition of a predetermined bandwidth part included in the plurality of bandwidth parts, and

in response to determining that the use condition is satisfied, use the predetermined bandwidth part.

2. An apparatus provided in a user equipment, the apparatus comprising:

a processor and a memory coupled to the processor, the processor configured to:

receive from a base station via dedicated signaling, information indicating a plurality of bandwidth parts configured to the user equipment, the plurality of bandwidth parts provided in a bandwidth of one carrier, the information including, for each bandwidth part of the plurality of bandwidth parts, information indicating a frequency location of the bandwidth part and information indicating a subcarrier spacing applied to the corresponding bandwidth part,

receive from the base station via dedicated signaling, information indicating a use condition of a predetermined bandwidth part included in the plurality of bandwidth parts, and

in response to determining that the use condition is satisfied, use the predetermined bandwidth part.

3. A method used in a user equipment, comprising:

receiving from a base station via dedicated signaling, information indicating a plurality of bandwidth parts configured to the user equipment, the plurality of bandwidth parts provided in a bandwidth of one carrier, the information including, for each bandwidth part of the plurality of bandwidth parts, information indicating a frequency location of the bandwidth part and information indicating a subcarrier spacing applied to the corresponding bandwidth part,

receiving from the base station via dedicated signaling, information indicating a use condition of a predetermined bandwidth part included in the plurality of bandwidth parts, and

in response to determining that the use condition is satisfied, using the predetermined bandwidth part.
