Abstract

Container of a bag-in-container type, wherein a neck region of the container is provided with at least one opening extending substantially radially there through, into a space between the outer container and an inner container adjacent thereto, wherein the neck region is provided with coupling elements, preferably at opposite sides of the at least one opening, seen in circumferential direction, for coupling of a connecting device to the container for introducing a pressure fluid through the at least one opening into a space between the inner and outer container.

Claims (9)

1. A bag-in-container type container, comprising an inner container and an outer container, wherein a neck region of the bag-in-container type container is provided with at least one opening for introducing a pressure fluid into a space between the outer container and the inner container adjacent thereto, wherein the bag-in-container type container is provided with coupling elements for coupling of a connecting device to the bag-in-container type container for introducing the pressure fluid through said at least one opening into said space between the inner and outer container, wherein the bag-in-container type container comprises a shoulder portion adjacent the neck region, wherein in the shoulder portion the inner container has an outer surface and the outer container has an inner surface, the inner surface and the outer surface facing each other, wherein in at least one of the facing surfaces or between said facing surfaces at least one groove is provided, the groove running along said shoulder portion, wherein the at least one groove is formed between two adjacent ribs formed on the inner surface of at least the shoulder portion of the outer container and/or the outer surface of at least the shoulder portion of the inner container, wherein the at least one groove has a width smaller than the width of the ribs, seen in a circumferential direction of the container.

2. The bag-in-container type container according to claim 1 , wherein the inner container is filled with a pressurized beverage.

3. The bag-in-container type container according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one groove extends at least partly in a longitudinal direction of the container, and has a first end at or near a side of the shoulder portion facing away from the neck region.

4. The bag-in-container type container according to claim 3 , wherein a body portion of the bag-in-container type container connects to the shoulder portion at the side facing away from the neck region, wherein the first end is provided in the body portion.

5. The bag-in-container type container according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one groove extends at least partly in a longitudinal direction of the bag-in-container type container, and has a second end at or near the neck region.

6. The bag-in-container type container according to claim 5 , wherein the second end of the at least one groove is provided in the neck region.

7. The bag-in-container type container according to claim 1 , wherein a series of grooves is provided, distributed spaced apart over a circumferential direction of the bag-in-container type container.

8. The bag-in-container type container according to claim 1 , wherein the neck region of the outer container is provided with an inward reaching shoulder, wherein the inner container has an outward reaching flange, adjacent to or resting at least partly on said shoulder, wherein said flange and/or said shoulder comprises at least one spacer element or passage for providing a passage between the flange and the shoulder.

9. The bag-in-container type container according to claim 8 , wherein said at least one passage connects to said at least one groove or is encompassed by said at least one groove.
