Abstract

A method for receiving the PTRS by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system is disclosed, comprises the steps of: receiving PTRS related configuration information; receiving downlink control information (DCI), wherein a code point corresponding to one or more transmission configuration indication (TCI) states is indicated on the basis of an antenna port field of the DCI; and receiving the PTRS through an antenna port corresponding to a specific DMRS port among the DMRS ports, wherein a number of antenna ports for receiving the PTRS may be determined on the basis of at least one of the maximum values of i) the number of TCI states corresponding to the code point, ii) the number of CDM groups containing the DMRS port, or iii) the number of antenna ports for receiving the PTRS.

Claims (50)

receiving configuration information related to the PTRS;

receiving downlink control information (DCI) including a transmission configuration indication (TCI) field and an antenna port field,

wherein one or more TCI states are mapped to a codepoint of the TCI field of the DCI based on an activation command, and

wherein the antenna port field includes information related to at least one demodulation reference signal (DMRS) port;

determining a number of PTRS ports based on at least one of i) a number of TCI states configured based on the codepoint, ii) a number of at least one code division multiplexing (CDM) group related to the at least one DMRS port determined based on the antenna port field, or iii) a maximum value of the number of PTRS ports; and

receiving the PTRS based on the determined number of PTRS ports,

wherein an entry related to (i) the at least one DMRS port among DMRS ports and (ii) a number of CDM group(s) without data among CDM groups is configured based on the antenna port field of the DCI,
