Abstract

A server includes a unit obtaining a position of a registered vehicle, a unit obtaining a vehicle dispatch position, a unit determining a candidate vehicle based on the vehicle dispatch position and the position of the registered vehicle, a unit transmitting information regarding an autonomous driving function of the candidate vehicle to a user device, a unit receiving information for identifying a dispatch vehicle, and a unit transmitting a vehicle dispatch position to the dispatch vehicle. The user device includes a unit receiving the information regarding the autonomous driving function of the candidate vehicle, a unit displaying the information regarding the autonomous driving function of the candidate vehicle, an unit accepting a user operation for selecting the dispatch vehicle, and a unit transmitting the information for identifying the dispatch vehicle to the server.

Claims (30)

1. A user device capable of communicating with a server, comprising a display unit and one or more processors, the one or more processors programmed to:

transmit a vehicle dispatch position to the server for determining a dispatch vehicle to be dispatched by the server:

transmit a request to cause the server to dispatch the dispatch vehicle to the dispatch position;

receive information regarding autonomous driving of the dispatch vehicle from the server; and

display the received information regarding the autonomous driving of the dispatch vehicle, a driving state indicating whether the dispatch vehicle is in the autonomous driving, and occupant information indicating whether the dispatch vehicle is manned, on the display unit.

2. The user device according to claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors is further programmed to receive from the server information regarding the autonomous driving of the dispatch vehicle determined based on the vehicle dispatch position.

3. The user device according to claim 2 , wherein the vehicle dispatch position is specified by a user operation.

4. The user device according to claim 2 , wherein the vehicle dispatch position is determined based on a position of the user device.

5. The user device according to claim 1 , wherein the information regarding the autonomous driving of the dispatch vehicle includes information indicating a position of the dispatch vehicle.

6. The user device according to claim 1 , wherein the information regarding the autonomous driving of the dispatch vehicle includes information indicating whether an occupant is seated in the driver's seat.

7. A distribution server capable of communicating with a user device, comprising a first processor programmed to transmit a program to the user device including a display unit and a second processor, the program configured to cause the second processor to:

transmit a vehicle dispatch position to a server and cause the server to determine a dispatch vehicle to be dispatched:

transmit a request to cause the server to dispatch the dispatch vehicle to the dispatch position;

receive first information regarding the autonomous driving of the dispatch vehicle; and

display the first information and the second information, the second information indicating whether dispatch vehicle is in autonomous driving and occupant information indicating whether the dispatch vehicle is manned.

8. The distribution server according to claim 7 , wherein the second processor is further programmed to receive from the server information regarding the autonomous driving of the dispatch vehicle determined based on the vehicle dispatch position.

9. The distribution server according to claim 8 , wherein the vehicle dispatch position is specified by a user operation.

10. The distribution server according to claim 8 , wherein the vehicle dispatch position is determined based on a position of the user device.

11. The distribution server according to claim 7 , wherein the information regarding the autonomous driving of the dispatch vehicle includes information indicating a position of the dispatch vehicle.

12. The distribution server according to claim 7 , wherein the information regarding the autonomous driving of the dispatch vehicle includes information indicating whether an occupant is seated in the driver's seat.

13. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program for causing a user device including a display unit and communicating with a server to execute processing comprising:

transmitting a vehicle dispatch position to the server and cause the server to determine a dispatch vehicle to be dispatched;

transmitting a request to cause the server to dispatch the dispatch vehicle to the dispatch position:

receiving information regarding autonomous driving of the dispatch vehicle from the server; and

displaying the received information regarding the autonomous driving of the dispatch vehicle, a driving state indicating whether the dispatch vehicle is in the autonomous driving, and occupant information indicating whether the dispatch vehicle is manned, on the display unit.

14. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium according to claim 13 , wherein the processing further comprises receiving from the server information regarding the autonomous driving of the dispatch vehicle determined based on the vehicle dispatch position.

15. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium according to claim 14 , wherein the vehicle dispatch position is specified by a user operation.

16. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium according to claim 14 , wherein the vehicle dispatch position is determined based on a position of the user device.

17. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium according to claim 13 , wherein the information regarding the autonomous driving of the dispatch vehicle includes information indicating a position of the dispatch vehicle.

18. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium according to claim 13 , wherein the information regarding the autonomous driving of the dispatch vehicle includes information indicating whether an occupant is seated in the driver's seat.
