Abstract

A nozzle for a cleaner includes a nozzle housing including a suction flow path through which air containing dust can flow and a driving unit cover including a plurality of protruding surfaces, a first rotation cleaning unit and a second rotation cleaning unit disposed on a bottom side of the nozzle housing, each of the first rotation cleaning unit and the second rotation cleaning unit including a rotation plate designed to be coupled to a mop, rotation centers of the first rotation cleaning unit and the second rotation cleaning unit are eccentric with respect to a center of the driving unit cover, a driving device for driving the first rotation cleaning unit and the second rotation cleaning unit; and a water tank provided on the nozzle housing and for storing water to be supplied to the mops.

Claims (42)

1 . A nozzle for a cleaner, the nozzle comprising:

a nozzle housing including:

a nozzle base forming an inlet of a suction flow path through which air containing dust is suctioned; and

a nozzle cover coupled to an upper side of the nozzle base;

a plurality of rotation cleaning units arranged on a bottom side of the nozzle base, the plurality of rotation cleaning units being spaced apart from each other in a lateral direction of the nozzle housing, each of the plurality of rotation cleaning units including a rotation plate configured to be coupled to a mop;

a driving device disposed in an inner space formed by the nozzle base and the nozzle cover to provide power for rotation of the rotation plate; and

a water tank seated on an upper surface of the nozzle cover and stored water to be supplied to the plurality of rotation cleaning units,

wherein a lower surface of the nozzle cover includes:

a recessed space in an upper direction of the nozzle to accommodate an outer shape of the driving device; and

a valve operating unit for discharging water from the water tank, and

wherein the valve operating unit is disposed at a position spaced apart from the recessed space.

2 . The nozzle of claim 1 , wherein the valve operating unit is disposed at a position lower than the recessed space.

3 . The nozzle of claim 2 , wherein the valve operating unit is disposed on a front portion of the lower surface of the nozzle cover.

4 . The nozzle of claim 1 , further comprising a control board disposed in the inner space formed by the nozzle base and the nozzle cover to control the driving device,

wherein the control board is disposed to be spaced apart from the driving device.

5 . The nozzle of claim 1 , further comprising a water supply flow path provided in the inner space formed by the nozzle base and the nozzle cover to supply water stored in the water tank to the rotation plate.

6 . The nozzle of claim 5 , wherein the water supply flow path includes a water pump disposed at a position spaced apart from the recessed space.

7 . The nozzle of claim 6 , wherein the water pump is disposed at one side of the suction flow path.

8 . The nozzle of claim 1 , wherein the water tank forms a receiving space corresponding to the recessed space in a vertical direction of the nozzle housing.

9 . The nozzle of claim 1 , wherein the recessed space has a symmetrical shape with respect to a center of the nozzle housing.

10 . The nozzle of claim 1 , wherein the water tank forming an outer appearance of the nozzle.

11 . The nozzle of claim 1 , wherein the valve operating unit is coupled to a lower side of the nozzle cover, and

wherein a portion of the valve operating unit configured to protrude upward through the nozzle cover.

12 . The nozzle of claim 1 , wherein the valve operating unit protruding upward is introduced in the water tank through a discharge port of the water tank, when the water tank is seated on the nozzle cover.

13 . The nozzle of claim 12 , wherein the valve operating unit is disposed at a position facing the discharge port of the water tank.

14 . The nozzle of claim 12 , wherein the nozzle cover is provided with a sealer for preventing water discharged from the water tank from leaking from a vicinity of the valve operating unit, and

wherein the nozzle cover further includes a water passage opening formed at a position corresponding to the discharge port of the water tank.

15 . The nozzle of claim 14 , wherein the sealer is coupled to the lower surface of the nozzle cover and the valve operating unit is coupled to the lower surface of the nozzle cover.

16 . The nozzle of claim 14 , wherein the sealer includes a hole formed at a position corresponding to the water passage opening.

17 . The nozzle of claim 14 , wherein the sealer further includes a coupling protrusion formed around the hole and coupled to the lower surface of the nozzle cover.

18 . A nozzle for a cleaner, the nozzle comprising:

a nozzle housing including:

a nozzle base forming an inlet of a suction flow path through which air containing dust is suctioned; and

a nozzle cover coupled to an upper side of the nozzle base;

a plurality of rotation cleaning units arranged on a bottom side of the nozzle base, the plurality of rotation cleaning units being spaced apart from each other in a lateral direction of the nozzle housing, each of the plurality of rotation cleaning units including a rotation plate configured to be coupled to a mop;

a driving device disposed in an inner space formed by the nozzle base and the nozzle cover to provide power for rotation of the rotation plate; and

a water tank seated on an upper surface of the nozzle cover and stored water to be supplied to the plurality of rotation cleaning units,

wherein a lower surface of the nozzle cover includes:

a recessed space in an upper direction of the nozzle to accommodate an outer shape of the driving device;

a valve operating unit for discharging water from the water tank; and

a scaler coupled to surround the valve operation unit, and

wherein the valve operating unit is disposed at a position spaced apart from the recessed space and lower than the recessed space.
