Abstract
Nucleotide and amino acid sequences are provided for compounds which promote tissue growth, as well as methods for modulating tissue growth, for imaging tissues and organs, and for treating patients.
Claims (4)
1. An isolated antibody that is produced by a hybridoma selected from the group consisting of AA.FF9 and AA.GE7.3.
2. An isolated antibody that binds to a polypeptide selected from the group consisting of (SEQ ID NO:15), (SEQ ID NO:17), (SEQ ID NO:19) and (SEQ ID NO:21).
3. A composition comprising (a) antibody according to claim 2 , conjugated to (b) a toxin, imageable compound or radionuclide.
4. The antibody of claim 2 , wherein the antibody binds to a polypeptide selected from the group consisting of (SEQ ID NO:19) and (SEQ ID NO:21).
