Abstract

Peptidomimetic compositions for selective inhibition of neuronal nitric oxide synthase.

Claims (6)

1. A peptidomimetic compound of a formula

wherein R is selected from CH 2 CH(OH)(CH 2 ) n X moieties, where n is an integer ranging from 1 to about 3, and X is selected from hydroxy and amino groups.

2. The compound of claim 1 wherein X is hydroxy.

3. The compound of claim 1 wherein X is amino.
