Antiproliferative activity of the leiodermatolide class of macrolides
View Patent ↗The subject invention provides novel biologically active compounds that have utility for use in inhibiting cellular proliferation. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds are also provided. In a specific embodiment, the compounds and compositions of the subject invention can be used in the treatment of cancer.

2. A method for inhibiting proliferation of cancer cells, said method comprising administering, to a patient in need of such treatment, an effective amount of a compound having the following structure:
