Binding peptidomimetics and uses of the same
View Patent ↗A multimeric peptidomimetic that comprises two or more monomers is disclosed. The monomers comprise an exocyclic peptide comprising a ring structure, a flexible linker sequence and a multimeric motif. Use of the monomers, a nucleic acid molecule encoding monomers, recombinant expression vectors comprising the nucleic acid molecule and host cells comprising a recombinant expression vector are disclosed. Methods of delivering a drug, a toxin, a nucleic acid molecule, a radionuclide or a detectable compound to a cell are disclosed.

A purified recombinant fusion protein comprising a binding peptidomimetic and a biotin-binding streptavidin core sequence, wherein said binding peptidomimetic comprises a binding domain of a heterologous polypeptide derived from the CDR-H3 loop of an anti-HER2 rhumA 4D5 and wherein said binding peptidomimetic is fused to the N- terminus of a streptavidin core sequence by a flexible linker; said fusion protein comprising SEQ ID NO:8.
