Biphenyl-3-carboxylic acid modulators of beta-3-adrenoreceptor
The present invention relates to new biphenyl-3-carboxylic acid modulators of beta-3-adrenoceptor activity, pharmaceutical compositions thereof, and methods of use thereof, wherein R 1 -R 23 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and deuterium; and at least one of R 1 -R 23 is deuterium.
1. A composition comprising compounds having the structural formula
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
wherein each position represented as D has deuterium enrichment of no less than about 10%.
2. The composition as recited in claim 1 wherein each position represented as D has deuterium enrichment of no less than about 50%.
3. The composition as recited in claim 1 wherein each position represented as D has deuterium enrichment of no less than about 90%.
4. The composition as recited in claim 1 wherein each position represented as D has deuterium enrichment of no less than about 98%.
5. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a composition as recited in claim 1 together with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
